Clay was incredible for multiple loans over the years. His deep knowledge of the market, best time to refi or what option to chose has always been spot on.

Clay and his team were really great to work with. They go out of their way to make the process easy and explain what is going on. They got all the information they needed up front and took care of everything for me. They made good use of electronic signatures, and at the end had a notary come out to our house to finish the closing (maybe that was due to COVID). Signet helped me get the original mortgage for my home, and when I wanted to re-finance I went right back because I knew I'd be in good hands.

Clay at Signet is an amazing partner to work with. He is calm, candid, funny and very knowledgeable about structuring loans (from a timing, rate and tax perspective) and understands the current market. Clay responds to emails promptly and returns calls timely (which is important when you have 30 days to close). We’ve worked with the big banks previously and prefer working with Clay and his team. With the bigger banks we felt like they were reading off a script and using a checklist plus the underwriting process always took a long time (so long they usually had to ask us for updated documents a few times). With Clay, he’s very personable, creative and gets the job done. Besides being a mortgage broker, we think Clay is a part time magician!
