Jesse Renteria was the senior loan officer that I worked with to purchase my home and we were notified that interest rates were lowered, my husband contacted him in regards to refinancing. We were given so many convenient options to upload the documents needed, I was so grateful. Everything was processed in a timely manner.

Just finished my refi with this company working with Margie Carino and others. Was very concerned about how this would work with the current Covid 19 issues, but was extremely happy with how the process worked. I never had com into direct contact with anyone, most of the signatures were done through electronic signing and even the final few that were required with a notary was done with out any physical presence (he stayed outside wearing gloves and a mask walked me through the signatures by calling me on my cell) followed safety procedures. The whole process went smoothly and Margie and her assistants all kept me updated about the next steps that would be happening. Very happy I was able to take advantage of the current low rates and save save on my mortgage payments.
