    Worst experience I have ever had. Tyler Gonnell our Escrow officer falsely claimed that I exposed her to COVID-19, which was completely false. The company told her to quarantine and therefore was working from home. Of course that left our deal with funding issues that she could not help with working from home. I was so upset that I called her supervisor and all that got me was another call from Tyler which ended in her screaming in my ear. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered especially when lying about something as serious as this pandemic. Please make sure she’s not your escrow officer. It’s not worth all the drama that comes with working with her.

    Very efficient at paperwork nice atmosphere inside office. Closing officer Angie with bilingual and very accommodating. However parking at the front of the building with marked handicap and with our elderly parents with Walker's it was hard to get them up a 1 foot tall curb. There were no handicap ramps. When I commented to them about the handicapped they said well handicapped is in the back. There were no signs indicating handicap parking in rear and the handicap spot out front was better marked than the handicap spot in the rear. Suggested that they have the landlord or their maintenance remove the handicap markings from the front as it would be confusing to handicapped individuals and at that front space was not ADA Compliant.
