THE WORST, MOST INCOMPETENT TITLE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! How are these people still in business? NEVER AGAIN. So many mistakes, no communication, just terrible experience overall, so much more stressful than it had to be. I felt trapped, and if I ever have another deal there, I will make sure to not use them again!

This place was not handicap acceptable for clients. No ramp, and the step was very steep. EVERY business should be ADA Compliant.

This was two years ago. I was buying a property and I mentioned I didn't live in the valley. They said it was ok and said they could work with me in scheduling for closing. We made an appointment for a month later. They were very nice on that day. Days prior to my appointment I called to make sure everything was ready and they said they were closed of the day of the appointment. I asked if I could be there a day earlier. The person I spoke to said she would ask and return the call. She did not so I called back about six times, the receptionist would transfer the call but no one picked up. Finally someone answered and I explained that I wanted to make sure before I made the trip that things would be ready. He sounded annoyed that I mentioned I was from out of town and asked rudely why I could come a day before but not a day after. I had to explain that my employer could give me the day off the day before and not after. Finally he agreeded to have things ready for me. I traveled to the valley and paperwork wasn't ready. I called the seller and the seller said they told him I dropped in unannounced and that it took time to get paper work ready. How is it unannounced when we made the appointment a month before. They had a month to get it ready. And they could have said when I called that the paperwork wasn't ready.

Horrible service, if you get assigned to Mayela man good luck, she is horrible at her job and never has the courtesy to talk to her clients. Don't waste your money and time take your business somewhere elae.

Best experience ever. ISIDRO was outstanding, professional, courteous and portrayed the very definition of integrity. He made sure funding had every chance of going through even with many delays on buyers-lenders part.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bad communication, claimed to have electronic notary service lined up but then found out they didn't, missed dates, just horrible. 0 stars if I could.

Real BAD Experience getting their service selling house. I had to call most of the time to get updates. Errors on closing documents.

Not able to admit a legitimate check. Delay closing for 3 days

absolutely terrible place to do business. do not recommend for anyone. will make mistakes and call you 6 weeks later to correct them of course out of your pocket. with no regards to client and client work status. do not recommend to anyone. many other more competent places to do business in mcallen

Mayela Cantu was an absolute disaster. I could not get her to answer the phone. I could not get her to return an email. I drove to her office several times and couldn't get her to even come to the lobby to talk to me to give me an update. It was only after I began asking to speak with her supervisor did she come out to meet me. After that she went silent again for WEEKS. I was trying to close on a purchase and on a sale at the same time. Mayela canceled the sale and NEVER TOLD ME OR MY BUYER!! We literally found out on the day of closing that they hadn't even started our file! We had to scramble and close at a law firm. Mayela was so bad that the day before I was supposed to close on my purchase they gave the file to Bennie. She was FAR better and busted her backside to get the job done in one day after Mayela had done nothing for four weeks. Bennie answered my calls and emails every time. Mayela could learn something. Once Bennie had my file she informed me that I needed a survey to close. THIS WAS THE DAY BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO CLOSE. All in all it was an absolutely terrible experience. If any of my clients want to use Sierra in the future, I would rather lose the deal than close through them again. What a nightmare.
