The house NEVER loses. Bought a framing nailer, failed to work properly, returned it three days after purchase, only to be offered store credit. Salesman failed to tell me I had to return it same day to get credit back on my card. Now I find out I only have a year to use store credit or else I loose MY MONEY. Then to add insult to injury, I'm told not to loose my PAPER RECEIPT, or else I also loose MY MONEY, as they don't store it on their computers. H O W C O N V E N I E N T !

If I can give half a star I would. Horrible service extremely rude especially the manager he lets certain women without I.D’S take out items!!!

Great place to pawn Your stuff. When I need some quick cash this is the spot for Me. Friendly and helpful employees and some great deals at times.

First cash pawn are the sloppiest most disorganized pawn shops that I've ever been in and I've been to thousands of pawn shops here in the RGV and all over the USA. They have junk items piled up on top of each other and seemingly the same stuff every time I go in. Most of the staff are knuckleheads who can never answer simple questions. Don't waste your time with these locations, there's nothing worth looking at.
