If I could rate this Check N Go higher, I would! I’m from Oklahoma and I have had horrible service in the past so I was hesitant about this experience, but, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile by the staff. Karol was so kind and patient during my visit. She made the entire process so smooth and answered all my questions very respectfully and thoroughly. I will be returning to this location every time... thank you Karol for caring about your customers!

Overall my experience with the reps there has been awesome, they have great customer service and answered all my questions the thing is why I gave this place a low rating is because I was told at the 5th payment I can re finance my installment loan to get my payments smaller, and legit I been counting down to the moment my 5th payment processed, plus I called before I got there today if I can re finance and they said it was fine, I come by today and it turned out I couldn’t and that I had to wait. All in all it was very disappointing, and I could’ve really used the lower payments like I was told I would have gotten. To be told one thing, and have my hopes up and then to be told no after you were told more than once that you can.

This location has amazing customer service, and is what has me coming back to cash my checks here. Karol is wonderful and always working hard, sometimes it’s very busy at this office but the staff is just nice all the time. Thank you for being the best!,,
