Horrible customer service!!! Especially from Hector the representative there. He doesn’t honor payments agreed on and will charge you fees upon fees, so that it’s impossible to pay off your balance. He has the worst costumer service and is VERY rude! Corporate will definitely hear from me! I do not recommend this place at all. You’re better off going to another location. Plus, when you first open an account there they make you go on google to give them a five star review to make them look good but then treat you horrible after.
