after my brand new van was totaled in an accident, I was desperate for a new van because as a handyman self-employed independent contractor if I don’t have a van I don’t have a job. Jim, Dennis and Debbie, who help me with the paperwork, were exceptionally friendly, easy to work with, and had a small town charm about them that made them very approachable. They’re in a small town but I have a big heart and do a great job.

Had work done on my wife’s Jeep Grand Cherokee. The process of check-in and pickup was excellent. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Her Jeep is running great now, the issue is resolved. 5 stars!

I would've given the experience five stars except for the fact they wouldn't honor the Ford coupon for the WORKS oil change for $49.95! But they had a sign on service desk stating that coupons had to be submitted prior to service. Not good!

Got in and out pretty quickly. Tony did a great schedule for me. Then explained everything after the job was done. Billing Ladies were easy to work with too!!

The service department was able to get me a refund for a repair I had paid for at Siemans and afterwards became a recall repair. The process was quick and painless.

This was my first time at Siemans Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM. I had service completed on my Jeep Gladiator. They went above and beyond to assist me in filling up the diesel exhaust fluid that I had purchased. I even strolled into the sales room to look at the used vehicles for a friend and Dan was very helpful and wasn’t pushy. I enjoyed all of my experiences at this dealership! Thanks to everyone! P.S. So happy with our second experience buying a truck from Siemens. Working with Jon was extremely easy, he's a great communicator and kept us in the loop while we were waiting patiently for our Maverick. Will definitely work with them again when we're ready for our next purchase.

From walking in the door to going out. Tony was very professional. We had to do a lot of steps for our warranty. Tony ALWAYS had a smile in his voice. I've been in two different times. My van had been too two different dealers. Siemans WOULD always find out what was wrong. I would DEFINITELY recommend you take your baby too Siemans. They will take GOOD care of you.

While traveling home after visiting customers, the serpentine belt on my 2018 Explorer broke on I94 about 200 miles from home at 3pm on a Friday. After calling AAA for a tow I looked for the nearest Ford dealer. Siemans Ford came up and I immediately called them and told them the situation. They checked for the part. It was in stock. I told them i would not be able to get there before closing. They stayed open and waited. The tow truck dropped me and the stricken Explorer at Siemans and they got to work after 5pm. The belt was wrapped around the drive pulley and damaged the oil seal. It might have been fine, but they did not take any chances. The tech team replaced the seal and installed a new belt. They did not have to do this. I'm not local and infrequently pass Bridgman. The entire team at Siemans Ford decided to delay their weekend for a traveler who has no prior relationship with their dealership. It's exemplary of the service and quality that defines Ford people, products, and services and reaffirms my choice to own and drive my Ford trucks.

Awesome service and nice staff, thumbs up to Alisha and the management. Had some minor issues with used cars but that is to be expected with used cars in general. Siemans took care of it and handled the situation pretty well. Will definitely come back in the future and recommend this place for people in the area.

I can’t say enough about the good care I got at Siemans Ford! My car was fixed by very nice and friendly people. The manager was courteous, friendly and more than efficient!

The experience went well. My issues were resolved well enough. However, Ford keeps sending me mail warning me about the dangers of an outdated airbag, so, that's not great. Told them to stop but they keep going.

I had a recall on my car and the service manager service writer who helped me was extremely nice polite and very professional

The reservation, order process and subsequent long wait time (545 days) was an exhausting process. I found Jon Weber to be extremely helpful along the way, juggling order changes, reacting to supply shortages, and having patience while maintaining excellent communication and advocacy on behalf of his buyer. Greg K showed extreme professionalism and expediency in financing and closing. At the end of the day, I felt like a valued customer when I left with my Bronco.

Took my Explorer in to have an electrical issue checked out. I got a call that before they could start the battery would need replaced at over $300. I said no at the cost and said I would come get the vehicle. I had the battery tested both by myself and Auto Zone. Both times the battery tested good. I do use a battery load tester. The information from Siemans cost me $63.00. I still have the issue but it’s livable.

Had a couple of bad experiences with their maintenance department. Make sure whatever you talk over with them you get engraved in stone.
