From an initial call to discuss pre-approval all the way to closing, the team has been very communicative, sending along updates, and is always easy to reach. Response time to questions is very good. Importantly, Shirley Adams Financial Services, has a pretty modern website for uploading documents, completing e-signatures, and tracking progress of an application. I found it very useful to be able to see what documents I had uploaded and also to download them to use with other people involved in the home-buying process. I will definitely, do business with Shirley Adams Financial Services, in the near future.
