I highly recommend reaching out to Shelby if you're looking to finance a vehicle. I don't want to give away the secret sauce for the extras he provides, but I'll say you get more working with him than just an excellent rate and super fast service. He'll be looking out for you as a valued customer and daresay friend versus just another nameless/faceless customer to "process" (even though we worked only by phone and email). This has been my best loan experience ever. Wish they could all be this easy. Give Shelby and United Texas Credit Union a shot at your business!

Shelby is absolutely amazing. If I could give him 10 stars for his services I would. He is always there to answer all your questions. He takes his time to explain everything to you. He makes sure he reaches out and always ready to assist. When my kids are ready to finance their first vehicle I'm sending them to Shelby. He makes you feel like family. I wouldn't trust anyone else but him.

Hands down the absolute best loan process I have ever experienced. Shelby was on top of everything from the first phone call to the last email I never had to ask him about an update or anything regarding the process he was literally “Johnny on the spot”. Definitely using him to review our entire family asset portfolio because I trust him and I know he is going take care of us as if we were part of his own family! When trying to deal with a difficult auto dealer, Shelby did a fantastic job answering all my questions, facilitating productive conversations with the dealer, and getting everything squared away in a timey manner. Shelby was amazing from start to finish. He had a lot or attention to detail and made sure every step of my loan was thorough and done properly.
