Will NEVER buy another M-Benz or used MBFS again ! MBFS has pathetic customer service ! They make the process of paying for multiple vehicles impossibly complicated. Clearly, they do so in an attempt to create additional late fees and charges. Thankfully, I acted fast enough to avoid their scheme. Run and run fast to another vehicle and finance company...this one is awful !

Purchased 2 cars in March after the Lease. Did everything online, required very little "PEOPLE SKILLS". Received the Title for 1, but the second one I was informed that my "electonic signature' was "illegible". How is an electronic signature illegible??? Currently on hold during my 5th call to the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" number, which they just disconnected me.....another company that has dropped the ball due to INCOMPETENCE!!

Incredibly frustrating experience. Their website blocked me from enrolling in auto-pay with no clear explanation why. It tells me to call their customer service line, which I have done multiple times, and no one picks up.

You blocked my wife from calling as well. The letter from the law firm was for me only and for my GLE account only. Unless you want to be sued, better fix this situation as we have another account not associated with me. Tick tok MOTHERF*****

They took a payment out of my account after my car was paid off. I brought this to their attention and received my refund 2 months later. I went to the bank to deposit the check and my bank refused because MBFS made the check payable to MBFS and not me. I will never buy another car from them..

I went from lease to purchase, stopped the draft on the application called and spoke to rep Stephanie who sounded like she had no clue of what she was doing but told me I would be drafted on my account. The next say my account was drafted, called and spoke to Maura who was not helpful at all. When you ask to speak to a manager what they have is “subject matter” representative that call you later. Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge foe their customer service reps. Would not recommend going through them if you decide to purchase your vehicle.

Would give zero stars if possible. I have literally had to call these people 7 times over the last two months and they still screw paperwork and account info up. They’re VOIP system is absolute trash and they’re agents cut out every 5th word. I HATE mbfs!

I read these reviews and amazed! OMG how can they get away with this?! Just posted all over their Twitter and #MercedesBenzNeverAgain hash tag all over my tweets. It looks like @MercedesBenzFS is responding to people who complained via tweets. It’s been two months after my lease is been paid off through 3rd party and account closed. My deposit of $4,500.00 still not refunded. Been fed “next weeks” every time I call. Or the call “accidentally” is being dropped.

Forget trying to payoff a vehicle. Payment may get lost even with a tracking number and signature for

I had paid off my lease and negotiated a payment structure for the wear and tear once returned. At the end of the settlement payment they marked my Experian credit report with an "N" for negative which effected my Fico, I disputed the negative remark and then Experian updates it to a false payment history and repeats the "N", negative remark to 9/2020 when the last payment was made in May of 2014 this should be off my credit record good luck getting MBFS to help and Experian is worthless
