Sheila was wonderful to work with! We had not bought a home in a very long time, so we were a little rusty with the home-buying process. She walked us through every step, fully answered any questions we had, and was very quick to reply to any of our questions/concerns. We felt very comfortable with every step of our purchase due to her assistance. We were selling our home at the same time as we were purchasing a new one, and the lender for the buyers of our property were incredibly poorly managed and kept causing delay after delay after delay, which was severely affecting the timeline for our purchase. Sheila stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure our purchase still went smoothly and that we were completely taken care of. We would give her more than 5 stars if we could!
