Beware of Scott in the finance department. They are shady. Take your time and read the numbers. Scott likes to move fast when it comes to signing paperwork so that you don’t see the fine prints. Ask about EVERY number you don’t fully understand until it makes sense to you before signing and discuss it. My salesperson Mark explained one thing prior to walking into the finance office and Scott explained something totally different. Make sure Scott is able to show you the state paperwork for ALL the additional fees he explains is charged by the “state” added on top of your loan amount after the dealer fee of $798. Especially the “ELECTRONIC FILING FEE”. TAKE YOUR TIME.
Hi Jaime, we are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience. We feel our fees are incredibly simple for a automotive dealership. The only 2 we have are an electronic filing fee and dealer fee. It’s very rare in South Florida to not have any other fees attached to purchasing a New or Preowned vehicle. Not only that, but those fees would have been presented to you on a buyers order outlined individually. We are not in the business of trying to trick customers. We have been serving South Florida for over 60 years as a family owned dealership and that doesn’t happen by being shady.

I purchased a used car for 90K here and they gave it to me FILTHY. I told my salesman over 5 times on several different days that I wanted the car detailed inside and he assured me they would detail the car for me before they gave it to me. When I picked it up you can see how filthy it is from the attached photos. I do not recommend these people as they lied to me and DID NOT keep their word.

After looking online I found this CT6 for a great price at Sheehan. I requested information online and Eric contacted me and answered all my questions, he was very helpful and straight forward. He left for the day and had Guido take over who was also very helpful and straight forward. I told them what i wanted to spend and they made that happen. I've been shopping for a new (slightly used) car now off/on for the last year. My last purchase was 12 years ago of a 2002 Cadillac Escalade which I've practically driven the wheels off of. Having been in the automotive industry for over a decade myself it was a real pleasure dealing with James and Rebecca over at Sheehan. Having been on the hunt for some time I finally came across the perfect car online late on Friday night (window shopping before bed) . James was quick call as requested fist thing Saturday morning. He took the time to go out and get me very detailed pics as asked. I wanted to know of any dings/scratches/tears etc...since I was gonna be hoping on a plane to get down to pickup the car and drive back home. When I arrived James picked me up from the airport (talk about customer service) ! Kudus James! The car was as clean as he has described. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend James and his team to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Oh and the gentleman in the finance department was made it quick and painless as well. Long story short, they do not do their due diligence on used vehicles before selling them. Shortly after purchasing a used car, the battery died and needed to be replaced (we caught it soon enough that they took care of it). At the first tire rotation, 3 studs on one wheel are severely stripped and need to be replaced. The front tires are worn a lot more than the back two and we need to replace all 4. Both of these would've been caught had they actually inspected the tires and/or rotated them. Although the purchasing experience was fine, they clearly don't care what they're selling you and the individual we brought this up to couldn't care less.

I called GM Cadillac and requested for road side assistance to come and winch my car from the snow bank. I waited from 10am in the morning and received text messages that they would arrive by 11.33 am and then 2.45.pm. When I checked them at 2.45pm they said they can not come and they do not have winch in their trucks.. Very disappointing service. and Surprised why GM-Cadillac is using these guys to annoy their customers in freezing weather. Ver sad we need to post with 1 star.

A few weeks ago I brought my Hummer H3 to this Sheehan to get an alignment. This service department was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly and the service manager even came out once the job was completed to meet me and thank me for coming to their business. My mom has been going to their repair shop for years. A couple of weeks ago, she went in for routine maintenance, like she always does. Everything was fine until 3 days later when her clutch stopped working. She had to have the car towed back to the shop. When they examined it, they discovered that the clutch had gone out (the fluid was gone) and the steering. She looked on the pay and it said that there was supposed to be a 360 (of similar number) point inspection. So, when you think of an inspection such as that, you’d think they’d check everything. She asked them what the inspection entailed, and no one seemed to give her a straight answer. They danced around it. So, when the estimate came in, everything came up to $7,800. My mom’s car is a 2007. There was no way she was paying that much for a 13-year-old car to be repaired. We both thought it was outrageous what they were trying to charge. My mom had to have it towed to another repair shop. When he inspected it, he and calculated everything in, he charged almost $6000 less than what they had estimated. We were shocked. He did the steering and the clutch, and it took him a day to complete. My mom’s car drives like it’s new. I am so disappointed in Sheehan Cadillac and the way they treated my mother, a loyal customer for years. The way they gave her the run around regarding the inspection and tried to charge almost $8000 for repairs. Only for the customer service associate to tell her “you might as well get a new car”. Are you kidding me! It’s ridiculous how they took no responsibility for anything. If you’re a mechanic and you’re doing an inspection on the car, you should know what to look for and what to inspect. The fact that they couldn’t tell us what the inspection entailed was a complete red flag for us. This isn’t the first problem my mom has had with this repair shop, due to something they messed up again. The owner had to get involved in that. I sure hope it is the last time she ever goes there. I don’t think she will be going back to them after the way they treated her and this situation.

I called Sheehan Cadillac, regarding a recall notice, on my daughters 2003 Pontiac Vibe. Jamie took my call, and then Jamie took care of everything! Turns out, there was 3 recalls on the car, all minor but necessary. We just took ownership 6 months ago! Jamie brought a couple of other safety issues to my attention, as well as the immediate need for two tires. He found the size we needed and at a great price too! The car was also washed before being returned. Absolutely would recommend Sheehan Cadillac for any and all service needs! They treated me like i pulled in, in a Cadillac, not a 2003 Pontiac Vibe! You know what I mean! BTW, my car is a Cadillac, but Jamie didn't know that! 5 star service, all the way!! Thank you Jamie!!

Mark Ferrari was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We spoke with him several times a day over the course of an entire week in deciding what automobile was the right choice for us (in person, on the phone and via text message!). Mark is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. It was a tough decision to lease with a new dealership (we had a previous relationship with another Cadillac dealership in the area), but made the switch in large part because Mark was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. General Manager, Michael Kelly also assisted us. He was wonderful, as well. He worked very hard to find us a vehicle in our price range that included the specifications we were looking for. We cannot say enough good things about Mark and Michael. True professionals. We will definitely continue to do business with them in the future.

Fought with this dealer for 3 years on/off with a noise issue that they kept avoiding until they finally acknowledged the issue after my warranty was up. Then they wanted to charge me to replace the part that was my problem since I first bought the car. Then because of a miscommunication between a tech and the service writer, they have in the history FRONT hub issue when it was in fact the REAR. In those 3 years, their service department has been a revolving door of employees which is a major red flag and I'm now on my 4 and final service writer. They also charged me a diagnostic fee for a known issue with the AC actuators.

Buyer beware! This dealer employs is deceptive advertising practices. I went into the dealership this week and was told that the price of the car I wanted to buy has a $35,000 dealer fee above MSRP. Yes - $35K, not $2.5k, not $5K, not even $10K, but $35K. This was not communicated with me when I made the appointment to come and see the car. The prices advertised on their website are not correct. I understand the dealership has the right to price above MSRP, but this should be communicated or reflected in their website before making appointments. Make sure to confirm this before you waste your time driving to the dealership.
Hi Manny, We always try and tell customers about the selling prices on the Escalades before they make the trip down to us. If we fail to do so over the phone, typically customers who have been trying to find an Escalade will ask what we are selling the vehicles for knowing the market is demanding more than MSRP. I can assure you we would never be deceptive about our pricing when asked. If it was not volunteered by our business center, I apologize, but we would never purposefully tell customers pricing that was not accurate. Our website is only able to reflect MSRP as it is fed directly from General Motors. I am sure you will find this to be a common issue with most Cadillac dealerships. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DECEPTIVE STAFF. I was interested in a car from this lot. I filled out the "financing" link from the Sheehan website. So they should have my info on file right?NO. The next day i spoke to ED IN SALES who was in the process of running my credit app again, which I had to do over the phone this time. I don't have perfect credit, but I had 13% or the cost of the car in cash as a down payment. I decided to drive up to the lot because I didn't receive a call back. When I arrived, I saw another person being shown the vehicle. I called ED from the parking lot, never exiting the car.He stuttered and stumbled as he told me finance was still looking at my application, sounding like a lie. I guess the guy who was inspecting the car was interested and had better credit than me. I left. Not a single call back that day (Sunday January 2nd,2022) and no callback as of 3 pm Monday January 3rd,2021. Very unprofessional and in my opinion downright disrespectful that they didn't have the common decency to call me back and tell me that they couldn't finance me. I was tempted to go back up there and make my voice heard, but a review goes a lot further than a confrontation. My advice is if you don't have excellent credit, don't bother with these people or you may get the run around and then straight dismissed like I did.

Honestly worst experience at any dealership I’ve been to. I was attempting to fix my 2021 Cadillac XT4 A/C at Sheehan Cadillac. My A/C would start and stop working randomly and Robert (service department employee) said he couldn’t get me a loaner and basically blowing me off saying to come back when the a/c completely stops working. This experience has completely turned me off on Cadillac and Sheehan.

At least this dealership provides a golf cart for the employees to sit and smoke outside so they don't have to deal with customers. Edit: Sure, your staff would rather sit on the golf cart and smoke than answer questions about what was available on your lot.

I have worked at the dealership for 31 years. We always cared about the customer. Now I visited the dealership as a customer, and was worried because it was sold to Sheehan, and all the mechanics and management have changed. But not to worry they are just as good if not better. Jim Reardon Is the best servicewriter very professional. I have worked with alot of service managers in my 31 years and Darrell is rated right there with the best, he doesn't stop working he try's to make the dealership better. The mechanic Tony was put under alot of pressure with my truck but handled very professional. One of the best engine and transmission mechanics is Jim Parker, fixed my problem the first time in.

From start to completion of service Jamie Wells was amazing! Called in about our 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe and he was the one who answered. Jamie was honest as well as accommodating. I ended up showing up a day ahead of when I was suppose to for service (on accident) but he still took us in. He also assisted in a loaner vehicle during the time of service. Within less than 24 hours the car was ready and he was able to get the headlight fixed as well! Thank you so much! Our trip to Sheehan Cadillac was absolutely amazing. Their staff advisor (Jamie) was awesome in giving straight forward information about our vehicles, the cost and the amount of time needed to get the job done. The staff in general was courteous, helpful, and friendly. We took 2 vehicles in for maintenance and repairs thinking we would need a loaner, but they repair one in just under 2 hours and we picked up the second one the following day. Outstanding service!!!!

I just purchased 2021 Cadillac Escalade. I love the car however, no one knows how to service the electronic (navigation) system of the vehicle. Every time I start the the truck, one particular radio station comes on. I can not stop this from happening. I felt, because it seemed as a trivial matter in their minds. I did not receive the urgency from the services staff that I felt was necessary. Imagine starting your vehicle every day with one particular station blurring out every time. Never having the control to stop it from happening. Frustrating!

He was not pushy, but informative and knowledgeable. Jamie was 100% right about the tires. My car glides on the road, they are quite and feel aerodynamic.
