I see another review mentioning they are difficult to reach out to by phone, and I second that. You call and it is a vicious circle of automated responses that leads you to no one. I have so far dealt with multiple disappointments with them, buckle and continue reading if intrigued, lol!! SO I got pre-approved for an auto loan and was told to call back from dealership if ready the same day and my auto loan can be processed electronically. I was ready later but could not get a hold of someone to process it later in the day, still within business hours. I emailed the next morning but did not hear back in the morning so I went in in person. The person did not even hear that I needed to try and get it done online vs. wait 1.5-2 hours to get it processed and have to leave and come back. The application was processed with wrong information, partially my fault at the beginning, but also not enough communicating while I was sitting in front of the rep to validate info before processing. I suggested the validation to discover she did not capture the adjustment correctly!! DUDE, ask me, I am sitting right here!! Extremely poor communication!! I later discovered I got hit with 2 hard inquiries on my credit from them for processing the same, their response, we only processed it once, so this is still an open issue! When I made my first payment, which was made and posted 3 days ahead of due date, it got deposited in the account I had to open in order to get a loan, instead of getting posted against the loan itself, they are both the same account number!! So if there is a magical difference between the accounts that customers should realize via their telepathic powers, give us heads up!! Anyways, I am checking online periodically since it all has been a horrible experience so I realize what happened and I processed a transfer of the payment from the account to the loan. At this point the payment technically is late (due to it being posted to the wrong account with the same account number!!) So of course I got hit with a late fee of $25. There was an e-notice about the late fee the same day I made the transfer but later in the day. Also I received an email notification about the late fee 2 days after the fact. I am truly puzzled how they operate. I would recommend steering away from them despite the fact they have competitive rates, it is just not worth dealing with all this :(

Just recently refinanced my townhouse through this branch. Courtney was my loan officer and was wonderful. She explained all the details and the whole loan process was very easy. Highly recommend Sharonview.

ATM is not available after hours, which virtually defeats the purpose of having an ATM. Also has $3 ATM fee, which virtually defeats the purpose of being a credit union.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Shadi and Chris. They were professional, friendly, and worked hard on my behalf to get my loan processed. Sharonview now has a new proud member who will also be recommending them. Thanks again!

Had my car financed with them paid off the balance only to findout weeks latter that Sharonview never sent out any Tittle due to an account going into a negative back in 2018 which was never mentioned

Worst bank to get a hold of. Impossible to reach anybody on the phone. Stay on hold for close to an hour just to speak to somebody.
