Zach and Brady were amazing to work with and made my first time home buying experience better than I could’ve imagined. Especially buying in another state on the other side of the country, my mind was constantly going with what to expect and the possible unknown. Zach was my loan officer. Zach was extremely helpful from day one! From getting my pre-approval within minutes, to my initial approval in less than 2 weeks and all the way through to my final approval. He answered every single question and explained everything in detail (some times multiple times because I always asked twice). He was patient and replied quickly to my emails and calls (let me tell you I had A LOT of questions) Even when I shopped other lenders for better rates, he made sure to stay in contact with me. When I presented other offers he was quick to have the rate matched and offered additional incentives. Brady was my loan processor. He was very responsive and helpful in explaining the closing process and what to expect. He was sure to obtain all documents needed for closing and got my clear to close almost about 3 weeks before closing! They are a great team and definitely went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were addressed. It was truly a pleasure working with both of them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience in working with NVR Mortgage, in particular my lending team. From the start, the communication with my loan team, Trent and Diana, was fantastic. Both were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel appreciated as a customer. They clearly articulated the deliverables that would be needed throughout the process and took great care in level setting expectations for everyone. They worked extremely hard to ensure all my questions were answered timely and provided great customer service. They took the time to listen to my needs and even more time working through various scenarios and loan structures to offer me the best outcome that would best benefit my financial portfolio. We closed on our new build just 2 weeks ago. Our NVR mortgage team, Zach and Brady, were more than what we had hoped for. They both were readily available with all our questions and easing our worries and made our home buying experience go smoothly. Each time I called with questions they answered them with enthusiasm and never made it seem as a bother. Each time documents were requested they gave us ample time to upload them to the portal. Farrah and Jessica made the process of getting a new mortgage easy and seamless. Farrah provided advice and recommendation regarding interest rates and when the best time to lock as the market is changing. Jessica made the document requirements process easy. They kept me up to date throughout the process of what was needed. Will absolutely recommend them to any and everyone! They were fabulous!

Trent & Diana are absolutely amazing. They are truly a special dynamic duo. From day one, they made this process easy for me. This is allegedly suppose to be one of the most stressful things a person can do in their lives but they made this process so simple. I created a bond with these two and am grateful I picked them for my lending services. I miss you two already! Thank you both for everything you achieved during my home buying process. You two rock!

Word cannot explain how grateful I am to have been able to work with Jessica and Farrah. They were so helpful, knowledgeable and patient from day 1 all the way through closing and even after closing. I had so many questions and concerns throughout the process, and they were so prompt returning emails and telephone calls. Where do I start. I have been looking for a home for my family and I for a while and at first I had to fix a few things and NVR guided me on where to go to fix it. After it was all fixed I started the process of buying my first house. It took almost a year to get everything in place and finally get my home. For some it may take less but for my specific situation it took that time. I do have to say that for that entire year The NVR team was there to help me through the entire process. To guide me on what to do what not to do to to be able to get my new house. I do want to thank the entire NVR team Laura, Trent, Diana and even the project manager Thomas they all have been great people to deal with. They have become part of my family and I can not thank them enough for the part they played in helping me get my new home. NVR is a great company and I wish more lenders or sales people where as dedicated as they were to help me regardless of my situation. As a first time home buyer they made sure they explain everything in details and were always available and a phone call or email away when I had questions and even after I closed on my home they are still there communicating the importance that they will still be there should I have any questions. I am soo happy that we finally got our new home and grateful my dream of owning a home came true. Thank you NVR and team!

I was originally approved by my bank for a new construction Ryan home. I was later connected with NVR to explore other home loan opportunities Pooja and Brady (Robert) were amazing and fantastic in getting me approved for a home loan with 100% financing with cash back and a much lower interest rate. They were very responsive and understanding as it was my first time purchasing a home. I was able to close earlier than estimated and now I am officially a homeowner thanks to them!

It took me a while to get around to writing this review because my week has been overwhelming with the closing of my new Ryan home but I told my squad that I would make sure I let the world know how amazing of a job they did for me!!! Working with Heather Durham and Marta Jo Sullivan made my first home buying experience go as smoothly as I could have possibly imagined. They communicated with me very often and always let me know as soon as there was something that was needed of me. I felt extremely comfortable speaking with them both as if I’ve known them for years. They made this a very personal experience and I appreciate that since most of us have absolutely no idea what’s going on when obtaining a mortgage. I worked with Zachary Burk and the team of Lia and Eva at NVR Mortgage and I have to say that I worried for nothing. The entire team led by Zach was a well oiled machine, he was very organized, professional yet really concerned with a hands on open door approach that made me feel well informed as well as on task every step of the way. He never once made me feel I was a bother and went out his way to always let me know next steps and made sure all questions were answered and any issues I though I had were mitigated right away. We got the best Interest rate and they really work with you to make sure you meet all criteria and milestones to get you to the closing table on settlement day without issue.
