Warning!!! Do not use Sharemoney for any transfers. I deposited $550 to a family member who was told that the money was already picked up under a different account. I called customer service more than enough times trying to fix the issue; however, nobody could give me a clear answer or provide a solution. They even gave me a number to a department that supposedly was handling the issue and when I called someone was offering Medicare program. I kindly requested an email from a rep to have document backup on the claim and was told that I would receive the email shortly and was never sent. Total FRAUD. I wouldn’t have a problem if it was $10 but 550 dollars is theft.

While I was able to complete my transfer, it was held up, again, for some internal security review. I was sending to the same person so it was a bit frustrating when I got the email advising me that my transaction was on hold pending further review. One phone call to customer service resolved the issue.

Their verification process is a little rough and in two parts and will probably hold your money back until it is completed but their service is outstanding and fast... So share money is definitely a good service to have to send money from different parts of the world...

Transaction said it was ready for pick up and when the receiver went to pick up they said there was no transaction under there name had to keep calling all day. They made the money available 10 hours later

The first time I sent it took almost 5 hours. They wanted my ID ,bank statement, insurance on the car, plus a photo of my and my Driver's license, I had to prove who I was and how much money was in the bank and my address. But other then that it all went smooth, all my other transfers took almost an hour for them to go through, I feel it should only take a few minutes. But I guess it is Federal regulations governing what they have to do with other peoples money Even if that person wants it to go there. The government is getting in to too many things I believe. But it is what it is. Over all I trust them.

The service is good. The initial security, verification and compliance tests are perfect. However, sometimes it becomes too much and stressful. It almost became discouraging when the same questions have to be asked over and gain long after set-up just to send a small amount of money. That is exceedingly frustrating and discouraging. Otherwise, I should have given 5 stars.

They give good exchange rate but their policies are very strict. Wasted my time with customer service and provided all required documents ended up cancelling the transaction.

I found ShareMoney to be much more reliable than World Remit which I used originally. World Remit cancelled my account on 3 different occasions. Share Money required some verification paperwork but it was processed efficiently and my transaction was successful. They are more expensive but being able to transfer money easily and confidently is worth it.

At first this app was great. You can deposit money right into family member account but after the second time, they are only give you the option to send it. I thought it was because of my fun but same thing happened when I try my laptop. It's a trap. It's no different than using money gram or union transfer.

It seems great app but the thing that annoyed me is that the strictly security policy I had to go threw twice submitting my information just put a lot lack on my transfer overall good service.

At first I was skeptical, but I tried. And after them asking me questions about my transaction which I am aware they were only concerned for me and that I wasn't getting scammed they allowed me use of their services. I have been using ever since. Am I please with their services, yes I am and will continue to use them from now on.
