I had always done my own taxes until 10 years ago when I received a tax bill from my state for $13,000! This was clearly a mistake but I didn't want to deal with them myself so I went to Penrose & Associates for help. Ms Penrose contacted the state for me and the error was resolved quickly. I have been using this CPA service for yeas now. I am beyond pleased with the services they provide. Ms. Penrose and her team are very cordial and pleasant to work with. She goes above and beyond to ensure that she follows through on her agreements. Sometimes you work with organizations that promises a phone cal back to your request.
