Although my time with Sharefax Credit Union was short, it was wonderful! Gina and Dawn were so knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me in getting my mothers accounts in the right direction. Every time I was there, they were professional, friendly and helpful. After my mother passed Gina actually came out and gave me a hug! Tiffany was also friendly and helpful! This experience was very nice. I wish I didn’t live out of state because I would go to that one more often.

I love my Sharefax bank. The workers are wonderful, and excellent at their jobs. I had been scammed and a worker, Brandi spotted it and saved me from a lot of trouble. I even would like to praise the Supervisor of my branch, Dawn for being so helpful and patient with me to try and fix everything. They have a life time customer here.

Sharefax in Batavia, Ohio is amazing! Gina was such a big help! It’s such a treat when people know their job and are good at it. I am so glad I bank at Sharefax!

A couple months back started the account and was working with Dawn and Gina these ladies was just great and very easy to work with to get my account setup I thank them and they are the best.

No wonder there are so many negative reviews. My first contact was with the teller named Christine. She was rude and had an attitude. Not a good first impression.

I’ve been a member with Sharefax for over 30 years! All of the Tellers are very friendly and efficient! They go out of their way to be helpful! Whenever I’ve had to call with an issue the people taking the calls were so helpful and made sure everything was taken care of! I’ve been taking care of my accounts and my church’s accounts for many years! I really feel like the tellers are like family!

I’ve been a member of Sharefax Credit Union for 6 months. A friend of mine recommended that I check into the benefits they offer. My only regret is not doing it sooner! I’ve done business with a few of their branches. Everyone that I’ve worked with is friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. A huge thank you to Amber J for helping me this week!

Love the staff! They’re so friendly and always eager to help. I’ve referred several people to bank with Sharefax because of the friendly staff at the Batavia location! I wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else.

Despite the negative reviews listed prior – our family continues to experience outstanding support over the course of our 5+ years with Sharefax. This bank and their supporting staff have been second to none when it came to any concerns and/or requests we have had since becoming a member. No bank is without their faults/mistakes and the customer must also bear some of responsibility when it comes to Internet phishing, social engineering, ransomware, and other intellectual property and identity theft events that is usually outside of their control. We, as the customer, must remain proactive paying close attention taking advantage of 2 factor authentication methods, notification alerts, and the like being well-informed digital citizens/consumers as to all the risks and/or countermeasures when it comes to ecommerce. That said - my family greatly appreciates what all financial institutions have done and continue to do in this rapidly evolving and every changing global network environment making it priority working literally every second of every day behind the scenes doing their part in keeping our live-long investments secure- at no additional cost –in my humble opinion.

I was at the Eastgate Branch and they were dealing with a very difficult customer . He was very loud and they handled it very professionally and kind even though the customer did not deserve it . I love banking here .
