never had problems online or in the branch. professional, nice bankers and tellers.

Have had way too many bad experiences with this bank. Online transactions disappearing, customer service that knows nothing, etc. Just called trying to talk to a rep and ended up getting a message to call back later. It's 3pm on Monday and they don't have anyone to answer the phone? I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Response: Sorry Fifth Third. I shouldn't have to post a negative review for you to fix your problems. It has been going on a long time. Look at the other reviews posted out here. 9/8/21 Update - Got an email about a dormant account. Called the direct line to the person (Jennifer) who supposedly sent it, recording said call back later or schedule an appointment. There was another number after her signature. Called that and it told me the extension was invalid. I noticed there was another number up in the body of the email. Called that and it said everyone was busy, call back later or visit website. I immediately called Huntington with another question I had and got right through. 5/3rd customer support is virtually non-existent.

My husbands identity was stolen and the hackers drained our checking account and 5/3 said it was a valid transaction. We have paid for their identity theft alert for years and they didnt even catch this and have denied our disputes. What a joke. A true honest to god joke.

Bank itself is great and ppl are wonderful! However Tried logging into my online account and failed miserably so I call customer service bc now my card is blocked but no customer service reps are there to help you on the weekend..... All this tells me is my business and concerns with my money are of no importance. Rant over! If customer service was available this post would have never been posted.

I've been going to this bank for years and have never had any issues. The staff are friendly and welcoming every time I go in and the mobile banking through the app is very convenient.

Be careful with your information at this location. I went in during the day to speak to a banker personally about my account info little did I know he left his door wide open for everyone to hear I came in thought he'd closed the door behind us but when I got up to leave the door was wide open two customers sitting in chairs next to his office basically heard our entire conversation which is not cool cause we went over a lot of my personal info. And this is suppose to be a bank dedicated to protecting your accounts? BE CAREFUL if you go to this location they have a really low rating for a reason.

Deposited a check $2,690 the teller told me it would be placed on hold overnight & available tomorrow. That’s typical. I’m familiar, fine. Then says but I can give you $300 out of the check while waiting clearance. I said great, so she withdraws $200 out of my checking account that was already there before me depositing a check, then gives me $100 out of another account. She gave me money of my own, nothing of the check & made me think I was receiving funds off the deposited check. Left with a zero balance & overdrew not knowing she took it out of my personal accounts. It’s a circus in this bank & if there was negative stars, they would be the most perfect candidates.

One on the personal bankers closed my secured credit card without my approval. IT CRASHED MY CREDIT SCORE BY 49 POINTS. This is an extremely unprofessional place avoid this branch at all cost. I will more then likely be changing to Huntington. 5th 3rd screws people. I have been with them for 4 years. I'm fed up and I'm very upset about that lady closing the account and crashing my score. Thanks 5th 3rd.

Been going there for years, no complaints. They pretty much do what a bank does with no hidden fees and no hassels. Better than some other banks I have delt with.

Matt Bradley the asst manger has always made my day a 5/3 better and helped me with any banking problems I've had.
