I've been a long time member and have never had a bad experience with any of the ladies there. Both Jennifer's have been so helpful as have Mrs. McMillian and Mrs. Salazar. Can't wait until my daughter is old enough to get her own account. Thank you for always helping me with all my financial needs.

I have been a longtime member of SRCU and have never experienced bad customer service. Everyone is very polite and friendly and when you walk through the door they don't treat you like a strange and that is awesome! I recommend everyone I know to become a member. They also do amazing things with the community and surrounding schools.

Been with them over 20 years. Still have money in our account and now they are charging us $5 a month for no reason. Ironically they are paying us interest on the money we have in there and then charging a fee. Guess loyalty does not always matter. I'll be removing my money from this bank.

Horrible bank! I would not trust them with my money! They always make the mistake of depositing money into the wrong persons account! Even after you tell them the name multiple times and write it out for them! Then the teller wants to have an attitude after she made the mistake!! Would not recommend anyone to trust this bank with your money!!!!

I switched to this bank because my family liked it, and I’m telling you that I have had nothing but problems ever since. This is the worst bank. They lie until they are able to make it how they want. You’re not treated as valuable and as soon as my last routing goes through I will be closing my account and leaving this bank. Go to JSC. I have never felt more valued. I have my car loan and credit card with them. Which shared didn’t approve me for even after consistent income with them for over a year and no issue on my part but theirs. For such a small branch like Shared you’d think you’d give that personal service. It’s always one day one thing and then the next something else. Thanks for the trouble. I’ve learned my lesson.

Absolutely awful. They shut your cards off if they've been compromised and don't notify you. They don't answer the phones EVER. Lost your card? Don't call the 1-800 number they provide on their website - it doesn't work! It took us 3-4 weeks to get our new debit cards after they canceled them. They no longer have an ATM there, and claim to give you 2 ATM charges back every month but they don't do that either. The newest teller they have gave me back the wrong amount of $ when I went inside to get money out. Just last night, my husband went to the gas station with my card, and it was declined. I will try it again this morning, and if it doesn't work I am removing every penny from that bank and going somewhere else. Absolutely horrible customer service. Definitely do no reccomend it.

I have been a member for over 3 years and love it! They are always very friendly when you come in and they know you by name. They have the best fraud protection from any other financial institution that I have been with. Excellent credit union. Have recommending to family and friends!

My wife and I have been banking with SRCU for about two years already. They have been nothing but helpful and kind. I don't think I would bank with any other credit union. Thanks for providing excellent customer service.
