Words fail me when I try to sum up how awesome Shakita is! She was absolutely amazing and nothing less. Shakita was honest and very detailed about absolutely everything. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had a full understanding about everything. A God sent is what she is! We felt secure and safe from day one. There was no hassle and no pressure. Even when we felt like we hit a brick wall, Shakita came with a wrecking ball knocking them all down.(delayed but NOT denied) She told us she would have us in our home and that’s exactly what she did. No matter how many times we say thank you to her and her team, it would never be enough.

Shakita is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She's so genuine and make you feel like you're her only client, although you're not. Our homebuying experience was top notch and NOT stressful at all. We literally thought this experience was going to make us lose our minds, but with Shakita, we definitely were amazed with how professional and well organized she was. Let's not mention how well she communicated with us every step of the way! She's definitely one in a million!

I usually don't write reviews, but Mrs. Lofton really came through for our family when other lenders didn't have time for us. For that I'm very thankful.

My experience was great because she took her time to explained the process throughout each step and along the way! I was so comfortable and at ease during my purchase because Mrs. Lofton didn’t pressure me or rush me for anything: instead she would always say “let me know if there’s anything that, I could do to help?”. She’s was just as warming as her smile. I recommend her and her awesome team!

Ms. Shakita went above and beyond, even in the face of all opposition. She never gives up and fights for her customers. She truely cares about her clients and works to obtain their goals with a fierceness unsurpassed!
