Reaching out to distant family members for a lack of payment in the middle of an economic crisis. Theres a reason my phone is off during these trying financial times. Ever heard of emailing before digging and finding random family members to call that live across the country? People like me will pay when we can. Im not allowing my family to starve or go without power so yall can get a payment. Again, its hard enough as is during this time. I had the issue earlier this year and spoke with the manager who talked down to me and questioned me. Its none of your business why I'm late on a payment just know I have intentions on paying when I can. Ill never borrow from this company again once I pay this off and I will warn every single person I know.

They’ve always met our financial needs!! So no need to complain! The staff is friendly and very informative! Highly recommend them if you need financial assistance!

Currently they refuseing too help me i been was in the hospital for 6 days been out of work so im having a little bit of problem paying one payment and they refuseing too help

Vanessa Thorton, the branch manager, was a big help for me and my husband. Other banks, as soon as we walked in, they immediately filled out applications and put hard pulls on my credit. This was not the case at Lendmark. First, Ms. Thorton got my information and explained everything thoroughly. She advised us on banking and loans and was very straightforward and honest. I do not know much about credit and loans, she explained everything is a very professional way before trying to proceed with paperwork. Great customer service!

Call for an balance of a nickel and drove an long way to pay a nickel..really I just couldn’t believe this ,instead of adding to the next bill ..this right here let’s me know who I’m dealing with..
