There is absolutely NOTHING that is lacking in Dave's approach to his clients. Dave Knos not only has the extremely high level of professional expertise required for these mortgage transactions, he is able to relate very genuinely and in a practical manner for those of us who do not have the background in these types of choices and decisions. Changing mortgage companies, refinancing, appraisals, etc. - Dave is able to share the framework of what is being proposed in a way that is not at all overwhelming or condescending. In today's workplace, we tend to see corners being cut to save time, avoid hassles, and frankly, to reduce workloads. Dave takes whatever time is needed, not only in researching the most appropriate plan for each client, but in communicating the possible scenarios and doing the 'heavy lifting' himself! His communication is unbelievable! He maintains accountability and I feel that he thinks about each mortgage change/refi, etc., as if it was for his own personal decision- it is that important to him. He does not hurry through the process, even when I had tons of questions! My daughter now works through Dave on her mortgage needs and I have referred him to many others. There are so many companies doing this work at this point in time, but the personal care and expertise Dave shows every single client cannot be matched!

My experience with Dave during my recent home refinance was easier than I could have ever imagined. From my initial inquiry (on a weekend, to which he promptly responded), to my closing, he was focused, responsive, highly communicative, and all around pleasant to work with. During my initial purchase with a different lender a few years ago, I felt let down and unimportant. This experience was completely different. Everything went as Dave promised it would, and he truly was my advocate throughout the process. From beginning to end, this took less than a month. I am paying $300 less on my mortgage, and my home will be paid off sooner than if I kept my previous mortgage. I dreaded doing this because of the paperwork, time, etc, but it was really so easy.
