Very convenient and speedy. Last minute changed lenders and was a little nervous about it at first but Seth and his team handled everything in a timely manor and kept me up to date as best as they could. Helped walk me through the process and made it very clear what they needed from me when they needed it. When you get a mortgage (new or refinance) you always hope things will go smoothly and sometimes they do. It seems in these cases that just about any mortgage company will do. But more times than we realize there will be some "surprise" or "unknown" that will surface. In times like this if you used just any mortgage company you will be sorry! I just refinanced a complicated double refinance and cash out on two properties that I own. Seth and his team handled the refinance expertly! And YES there were bumps along the road that made me glad that Seth was working for ME (not just for a commission!) I have financed many properties through the years and Seth and his team are at the top of my list.
