It was an ease to get through the home buying process with her, we had A LOT of hiccups since my situation was quite complicated, but she was always there to cushion my fall and encouraged me to continue on. Now here I am today, first-time homeowner, officially!!! I'll never forget all the hard work she put in, constantly keeping me updated, even if the emails came in at 10:00PM - to me, that showed true dedication.

Mindy and her team at service first did an outstanding job helping me obtain a home loan, on my first home! The home buying process was much less stressful then I thought it would be due to Mindy’s desiccation to me, and her other amazing clients!! Not once did I have any problems contacting her as she gave me multiple emails and phone numbers to reach her any time I had questions and if I ever did have a question after hours she responded within a timely manner the next business day!
