PNC Bank Matlock Rd, Mansfield

Have to bank here for a buisness and I really wish I didn’t. You have a buisness account with them but they refuse to give you change . Every single time. I haven’t been able to get more then 2 rolls of Pennie’s and quarters a week for the last 6 months . What’s that going to do? Get me through one full day out of the whole week for a 3 million dollar a year buisness? Yet I can go to chase or any other bank in the area that my employees bank with to get change no probluem. This branch claims there is still a change shortage but no signage stating so in the facility let alone at any other bank in the area. They are rude & turnover here is crazy. Never anyone in this bank yet 3 deposits and a small change order of what they “can” give us take almost an hour every single time. The overall managment of this branch is horrible and needs to be looked at or overhauled because this is just embarrassing. It’s a useless location unless your coming in just to deposit money because they can’t help with anything else other then gladly taking your money

I have never had such a rude banker before! Kimberly was her name. After calling and confirming the writer of my check they still refused cash it even though the check was from BBVA. Trash staff that needs to be trained in customer service for sure. 1/5/2021

Cannot speak to the other matters mentioned in reviews, but I experienced excellent customer service. I needed to do a wire transfer not knowing that the cut off time was 3:30. Since it was only a few minutes passed the deadline, Ramsha Arien voluntarily made the effort to see if she could contact someone about doing the transfer. She did not have to make the extra effort, but did any way.

I have been a customer of BBVA for 20 + years but I have never been to the Mansfield location and I will NEVER go back! Horrible customer service!

Living in Arlington Mansfield area ...I can't stand this location I had so many problems here. I wouldn't recommend. I recommend broad location

This BBVA bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with,, if you loose your card they don’t have no temporary card,, before mailing the actual card,, it takes more than 2 weeks to get a card in the mail unless you pay 50bucks to get it expedited, customer service:they very rude and talk back badly to you when asking questions.. horrible bank,, ran away from these people…

This bank in Mansfield is very unorganized. The teller will work both window and line. You have to wait a very long time no matter which line inside or outside. Three different times they only had 2 tellers which 99.999999 % of the time and the were both helping the same customer. And don't let me start on the ATM....that ATM is the first of its kind. Will take 15mins to do anything. And 9 out of 10 times it will stop working and you have to start over. So that means another 15 mins. 30 mins just to get cash. Smh I'd rather pay Wells Fargo across the street to get cash out because their ATM is top of the line and is very quick. Overall I am so done with BBVA. I'm not satisfied what so ever. Thank the Lord I didn't close my Wells Fargo account because I will no longer be using BBVA.

Says it is open but it is not. Lies about the hours of operation. The manager opens and closes when she wants too.

Just spoke with FOLUSO OBAFEMI very rude and unprofessional started yelling at me and I asked her not to talk to me that way but she continued anybody who deals with this branch of this Bank deserves there treatment
