Never again. We spent 4 hours in one day drove one car. That was out of the price range we said we wanted. Made an appointment to come back, we were greeted rudely, waited for our sales guy 15 minutes past our appointment because we were told that he was in a meeting. Then we were told that he wasn't coming in. With all of the things that they have listed on the windows for customer service, they missed the mark. I bought from them before and it was bad, tried to give them a second chance. It is a shame.

Worked with Floyd Standard to see if I can get into a vehicle. The atmosphere was very accommodating and low pressure. Coming in as a female by myself knowing little about cars, I never felt I was getting a salesman pitch. Also never felt pressured to get into a vehicle that I did not want. I took a long Uber ride to the dealership and he spent almost a whole work day with me to ensure I got into a vehicle. Due to my lacking credit I could not get into my first choice but he ensured that I left with something that checked all of my boxes. If you come here and have a certain look or vehicle in mind I would definitely encourage you to work with Floyd. Any car he suggested was something I would like and that would be a safe and financially smart decision. I had some issues with not being able to verify some of my information due to it being the weekend. He pulled all the strings he could so I could still leave that day in my vehicle with gas, lower monthly payments than expected, and pace of mind being in a safe car with coverage included. Not to mention the lower prices. You won’t be able to beat their quality, inventory or pricing. The financial department was a mending bridge to not just be on the “banks side” and made sure I had the fairest rates and terms. If you are near and far, come in and see what they have or can get in for you. It will be worth the drive and the time you spend. No long drawn out processes or sad faces leaving here. And I got a car on the first day of Ramadan so this was extra special. You can even spin a wheel after purchase for a fun chance at prizes. Free car washes as well. Floyd will get it done for you, and for my next purchase I will definitely be in.

I have never had such a horrible experience in my life with a dealership. I have bought 2 cars from them and this second one has been nothing but problems and only owned it since January 31st!!! Been in the shop 3 times now, the first time they replaced the serpentine belt and didn't check anything else, broke 2 days after picking it up. Second time they finally look at pulleys and tensioner and replace that. Told them it had a coolant leak somewhere and they didn't listen to me and now it's back in the shop with coolant and oil in the radiator....not happy with the sales person that knew it had problems and not happy with the service department not taking care of the issues I have told them it was having.

I took my Chevy Trailblazer in because my neighbor backed into it and left some small scratches on it. When I got my car back it looked worse than when it went in. There were new scratches on different areas of the car, paint bubbles and they even broke a piece of the bumper when putting it back on, the bumper was also put on crooked. The only reason I’m even giving one star is because when I called to tell them about these things they immediately ordered new parts and scheduled a date for me to bring it back in. Let’s hope this time the work is done correctly!

Very pleasant experience purchasing out vehicle from Serpentini of Orville. We were very satisfied with our salesman Pat Kaiser. He answered all our questions and didn't hurry us even though we arrived later in the evening. He made very acceptable recommendations and was very responsive to our needs. Don't bother making an appointment to see a car. It may still not be available to test drive. If you do make an appointment. You will get to wait around for a half hour waiting for the person you set the appointment with, only to find they are not in sales and hand you off to someone else who will chat with you for 20 minutes before telling you the vehicle is not available for a test drive. It was in the garage up on a lift.

Car had a bunch of minor problems that were well hidden instead of just fixed. Battery died less than a month later. Windshield had several chips that appeared a week after purchasing. Wheel bearing was destroyed and very unsafe. Had burnt out light bulbs. Detail job wasn’t that great. The finance manager is great. Found me a great first car loan. I’m happy though.

At this point I've had enough! We've had the car a month and it's been back to the shop 4 or 5 times and now I'm sitting at a Subaru dealership in Massillon. Got sent here cuz it's under Subaru warranty which is great but what about that 100+ point inspection Serpentini swore it had? Your inspection didn't find a catalytic converter code? Didn't find the bad cv axle? Didn't find it needed aligned? Get out of here! I will say they've taken care of everything thus far but this many trips and issues in a month is absurd! Edited on 4/30/21 to add that after taking it to get fixed at Subaru here we are dealing with ANOTHER check engine light coming on! We've got our 6th appointment scheduled for next week. Once again I have to take timeoff to bring in a car that should have been cleared BEFORE it was ever sold! We've called our salesman only to get no reply! This is not how good businesses are run! Now I've given one star due to all of these issues and if I could give none I would! The loan is under my fiances name, Weldon Baisden. I'll update my rating if I can go 6 months without having to bring it in. It was just back in today.

I must say each and every time I have been 100% satisfied with everything especially my sales guy that I’ve dealt with since day one, Floyd he has been awesome and very helpful thank you and for the pizza (I feel like family when I walk in everyone knows me by name). Also have to give a shot out and thank you to Steve, Mark, and Jason who have also been very helpful with the whole experience. Then for Joe, Conner, and Marlin in the service department thank you. They are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to getting my vehicles serviced or if I need any work done to them. Service Department. Went to get an oil change and to get my fluids filled by the tech (unsure if he was new or not - Conor was his name) he did not fill my fluids and I was low on oil. I called to inform him of this and he asked me to bring my car back out (I live in Akron). The fact that I had to go somewhere else to get this done is unacceptable. Plus I informed them I was going out of town. Good thing my car informed me my windshield fluids was low Would I buy a car again, yes my sales person was wonderful - Matt Sincerely Not a happy customer.

Sale's kept me in until closing time to get a ~$15,000 Sonic. They knew my college vehicle was having problems and that I needed something asap for work. A simple transaction was drug on for hours. We were finally let into the financial office at closing time where papers were quickly shoved forward for signing with vague to no explanation on costs. They charged +$3,000 extra, demanded we finance through them for the incentive to get the marked price, tacked on a $2,500 mechanic fee, and a ~$800 tire fee. All for plans that were stated to keep the interest rate down; a lie that was used to sell useless overpriced plans. A $15,000 vehicle is now costing me over $25,000. Not happy at all. Hoping they will make things right. Update 1: Over a week has passed and the plans have still not been cancelled. I called in for a meeting on Saturday, and followed up by asking to receive a call when Serpentine was ready for me to come in. Even though I was told I'd receive a call, I never did. I expressed my frustration in an email that Gretchen has received, and I'd like for you (the owner) to review it to see what's being experienced at your company. Update 2: I'm told that Jason's off on vacation until next Monday (which I could've been contacted a week before he'd left) and will have to wait to speak with him. I'm attempting to have the cancellation date rightfully marked as the date of signing if A) GAP coverage was indeed not needed for a 5.84 A.P.R. and/or B) the $3,300 in plans weren't needed to secure GAP coverage. Update 3: A valuable piece of information: the dealer told me Serpentine Orrville doesn't honor Chevy's college discounts at the time of the sale. Over a week ago, he changed his story and said the incentive cancelled the discount out. However, Chevy's website and their agent stated college discounts can be combined with incentives (there was an attempt at sweeping the floor of Sonics so the price was decreased in many places). The dealer told me he'd give me a call back the following morning to figure things out. Over the course of a week I've called in 3 times to see why I haven't been contacted. Still on hold 8 days later and I'm always being told to leave my name and number. This is a common problem with your company. You, the owner, have the ability to call me. It's seemingly impossible to contact someone there if your money is already taken.

We purchased a 2020 Trax from Serpentini Orrville last night. Staff was friendly and didn’t pressure us in any way. They worked with us on where we wanted to be for payment and down payment. Eric was very helpful through the entire process. He never tried to push me into getting a vehicle I didn't want like most dealerships do. He explained every feature of my car, and we had a lot of fun the whole time. He was positive, professional, and just my salesman alone made me feel really great about buying a car from here. I bought a used 2013 Cruze back in September of 2020 and was told the car was in great shape. 3 weeks later I had to get 600 dollars worth of fixing and am not going back for the 3rd time in 2 weeks because every time I bring it back home there is another issue. I have put almost 2000 worth of fixing now and still have 3 more issues to get fixed. I don’t recommend. Very frustrated

Horrible customer service. I tried connecting with the dealership to drive an hour and a half to see a vehicle they had in stock. They refused to return numerous phone calls. I emailed the sales manager attempting to connect with someone and they were evidently turned off because I mentioned a previously listed price I was willing to pay for the vehicle. Today, I called again and was finally able to connect to a salesperson who was completely rude and was trying to argue about “the type of dealership” they are. My best advice to anyone shopping for a new vehicle is stay away from this dealership.

Hands down the best car buying experience we've ever had! We put off getting a new vehicle for years because normally the entire process is frustrating, but not at Serpentini of Orrville and not with Ray Hawks. Ray is the best! After seeing a used car I liked online, I checked Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville website to see if the car was still available. I dropped Kathy (Watson, Customer Care Specialist) an email. She responded very quickly and was very helpful. After a couple of emails we scheduled a visit for the very next day, I rented car and drove up (3hrs drive). The next day we were welcomed by Ray (Hawks, Sales Staff). Ray was great, friendly and professional, answering all of our questions efficiently. He took us for a test drive with the car we wanted, and our decision was made. At the beginning of the day we thought we would get financed through our Credit Union, but Mark (Evans, Finance Services) was able to get us a better rate so we went ahead with the deal. Staff members came over to congratulate us on our new car, which was very nice. Ray let us use their computer to get the paperwork they needed from us, and to activate my insurance. Mark (Evans, Finance Services) took all the time needed to explain to us all the details of the financing plan, and it was a very helpful discussion. Overall, we arrived at 9:30am in a rental car and by 1:30pm we were in our new car! Ray even called Enterprise to pick up our rental car. It was a fantastic experience.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I got exactly what I wanted down to the color and features. Tyson was wonderful to work with and very kind. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the car was not cleaned on the inside; the service team only washed it. It was apparent the previous owner had a dog due to all the window smudges, dog hair, and small scratches (very minor). It wasn’t noticeable until the next day because it was dark out when we finally left. I did respond to the follow up email sent about this, but didn’t hear back. With the dealership being so far away, it isn’t feasible for me to drive back to take care of this so I’m left with paying a local company to detail it. Not an expense I should have upfront as this should have been done prior to selling. Also, we had to wait quite some time to wrap up the paperwork. Approximately 2 hours. Longer than we had intended, but some things can’t be helped.

I didn’t end up buying a car from them but I just wanted to leave a good review for this dealership. I called them and told them I was interested in a vehicle but I had bad credit but could provide a pretty good down payment. They told me not to worry and visit them which was reassuring. The two cars I liked ended up not being available but the salesmen, Marco , said he would keep an eye out for me to see if they get in anything I would be interested in. He was really kind and could tell I was overwhelmed with the process. I was in a bad car accident and had just found out my car was a total loss. This place was the only auto dealership that made me feel comfortable. It’s hard to car shop alone as a girl with NO experience in car buying. Most salespeople that day treated me like I was an idiot. Marco and their staff did not and I’m really thankful for that.

I don't even know where to start. I went to serpentini back in December after extensive research on where I was going to purchase my Jeep, this is very 1st time every going to a dealer and financing a vehicle. I seen the jeep and it was love at 1st sight, then I got it home. This vehicle has been nothing but a headache as it kills my bank account very quickly. This jeep seemed sound when we drove it around so of course we bought it. After getting it home there has been a whole whirlwind of issues from having a driveshaft that was way to short all the way to the motor being bad now. I would never recommend this car lot to anyone! I never ever do bad reviews especially if I reach out and something is done about the issue, but thatis not what is happening here. Save yourself a lot of time and money and find a honest car lot. Nobody at serpentini was honest from the get go.

I was told along with my insurance company my car would only be there 6-7 days to get fixed. 20 days later it was returned. I was told it would be returned to me Friday by the end of the day all they had to do was go to the other lot, pick it up bring it back and clean it. Pretty disappointed but I need to remember this is a car dealership and they didn't disappoint reminding me what car dealerships and sales people are all about. I'm in my 60's with an 830 credit score and called on a vehicle listed at 35K. I thought it unusual that many of their vehicles had the free Carfax but this one didn't. Did my due diligence and bought my own Carfax and this vehicle was involved in two wrecks. Nothing really crazy but two of them. Hmmmmm. To me it looks like they are trying to hide something. Anyhow, I still call on it and talk to a salesperson (Kathy) and explain to her I feel the price is a bit high for being in two wrecks. She came up with the most lame excuses for the wrecks of which she had no personal knowledge of which worsened the whole experience. Anyhow, I asked if they would come down on the price and she said no, the wrecks were priced into the vehicle. Well, the very next day the price was reduced. These are great examples of why people dread going to car dealerships. Lies and deception. I see many good reviews but my experience was typical of dealing with car dealers......dirty.
Steve. We use market based pricing. To be sure we are properly priced each day. We have zero ability to “block” carfax. They are 100% free to all customers. On top of that all customers sign a carfax while doing their paperwork. It sounds to me like you were a bit frustrated because we simply wouldnt just do your offer. Thats not fair. Its our fault for not explaining better. Our apologies.

Drove to Orrville from Cbus to check out a 2018 Ford Explorer. We were assisted by Floyd. Floyd really knows his stuff! I can say we were treated honestly and fairly. The whole process was pretty easy. Actually the easiest in our history of car shopping! Floyd is a believer in relationship building. We did not feel pressured to buy. I absolutely love serpentini they are honest and very helpful. Some people buy used cars and expect it not to have issues. I say take it back and explain the problem. I'm very sure they will be glad to help. I've never heard of scheduling an appointment for test drives you never know if the car will be there or not. Drove 6 hours to buy a Toyota yaris advertised for $5495.00 came in ready with financing from capital one at 6% with a policy number. They dinged my credit 2 other places dropping my credit score 20 points instantly. Offered me the "best deal" through in house financing (which I did not concede) at a 26.7% rate making the total price of a 2011 yaris with 95 thousand miles to $7920. I basically got up and ran away while the salesman chased me out the door with a pen and a contract. Be cautious people, I can only imagine how these predators cull consumers who may be vulnerable or left with little choice but to sign such a bad deal. I get the feeling their favorite targets are the ones who can least afford it. Should be called "serpent Chevrolet"
We're sorry you feel the need to leave a review like this. We would like to take a moment to address a couple of inaccuracies. First, the salesman was taking the car back to the cleanup department when you decided to head back home out of state. He spent a good bit of time looking for you after he left the Yaris out back for them to detail the vehicle for you. Second, we agreed that your payment was exactly as you stated your app said... BEFORE our salesman took back the vehicle to be detailed. And we did pull your credit.... which we advised we would have to if we are going to use Capital One. So that was the first pull. The second "ding" was from Capital One, which we also advised you would happen. Just to be crystal clear, noone chased you (at all) and the rate was exactly as your approval said it was and the payment was exactly what your approval said it was going to be.

I originally spoke with Ray during my initial call. Upon my arrival to the dealership he was with another client but he still acknowledged me and got Devon to help me. Devon was very good at what he does and will make a great salesman as he continues to grow. Jason was amazing and very nice to work with. Last but definitely not least is Mark in finance even though I was the last person of the night on Saturday he still treated me like I was the first person of the day!! It was almost 4 hours after closing on a Saturday and Devon and Mark were the most amazing people that I have met in a long time. Sorry and lets not forget about the detail guy who's name I do not know but he also stayed and made sure my car was clean for me to take home. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. It was worth the 35 minute drive.

When they realized I was walking away with out purchasing anything they took their dear sweet time giving me my keys back after a trade in test drive, after I repeatedly said I needed to leave in order to pick up my goddaughter. Incredibly annoying. Pushy and petty. Do not recommend unless your just desperate for a car.

Told them I had recently lost my only source of transportation so they try to put me in the smallest car on the lot. I am 6’1. Was told that there were no other cars that he had. Wanted to set up another appointment to try to find another option so they had me set up an appointment to come back during my gf and I’s work hours. even though I told him the past day I didn’t know if I was set on a car yet. Sales man claimed he would call with important info and never called. Still drove up to try again and tried to push a 4300 dp for a 9000 car. Needed a friendly dealership and got close to nothing.

I bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox LT from Serpentini in Orrville today. I drove down from Fairview Park, about an hour drive for me and I am really glad I did. 1. I really recommend anyone who is considering getting a vehicle to consider going to Serpentini in Orrville. The Orrville family is very friendly and kind. The dealership was clean and inviting. Also, they are one of the few dealerships that I have been to that recycle oil from oil changes to heat there building using clean burn technology. 2. I recommend the Equinox. I was told that I could drive over a pothole and not feel a thing. Well, I was really skeptical of this claim. Then I took it for a test drive. Now, you definitely don't want to go and just run over potholes and though you would feel the bumps, it was the smoothest ride I had ever been in. 3. Ask for Tyson. Tyson was an amazing salesman. He never pressured me into a vehicle and worked really hard to get the right deal for me. Tyson kept everything very casual. While waiting for the finance office or for the final inspection of the vehicle before I took ownership, Tyson had genuine conversations with me and made me feel welcome. Overall, this was an amazing experience. I have bought vehicles in the past and by the time I got home I was always questioning whether or not a made a good decision. This time the process was smooth and effortless and I am completely satisfied with my purchase and experience.

When we arrived on the lot we headed for the door, as we were there for an appointment. But decided to look at a couple cars first and as we were walking away from the first car, we were greeted by the friendliest salesman. He assisted us with everything from the credit process to negotiating a few things and got us in the 09 Caliber that I wanted from the start. I previously purchased a car at Serpentini and when it was time for me to purchase a new one I knew that was the only place I would buy from. I reached out to Eric Johnson earlier this week and let him know when I would be able to come in.
