If you check you account then make a purchase then you check your account again the money is deducted on the spot and the very next morning their charging you again for the very same purchase they already took from your account. When you call 15 times the only reply you get is maybe you should keep better track of your money or maybe you need a ledger. This problem has put us in over draft several times and lost whole paychecks thru this bank. I will be closing out my accts.

Seems like a pretty good branch. Seem professional and helpful. Can't comment on banking transactions etc. Or fees. But helpful staff from what I can tell.

Divorced for over 5 years and PNC continues to contact my exwife with my personal information! Bank can not get it corrected even after closing acct and opening new. Pulling all funds and going to Chase.
