Kenzie, and The Sente Mortgage team made an exemplary experience for my wife and I during the refinance of our home. They kept an open line of communication through the entire process, and ensured that we were informed of all the options, steps, and process items that were happening. Even when underwriting happened across an old (and sore) subject that was unresolved, they explained my options to correct the matter. They were patient, respectful, and understanding. Although it took a few weeks to close that sore subject, they were happy to keep our rate locked, and continue forward pending the resolution of the old matter. Kenzie is fabulous! I brought my first home with Kenzie and she spoiled me in the process of buying a home. She made it seem easy and she was so on top of things that it didn’t feel like I was having to jump over hurdles. She is personable and works HARD for you. I had no clue how difficult it could be to buy a home because she made it such a smooth process for me. For my second home I branched out and I used someone else… let’s just say I found out real quick just how spoiled I was to have Kenzie. It was nothing like my first experience.
