I'd like to say that this pawn shop is under new ownership! If you look at the negative reviews they are older ones before the new owner took over!!

Tried to go here on Saturday at 10:00am during posted bussiness hours and they weren't open. I don't understand how a bussiness can't keep thier hours accurately posted on the most used search engine in the world.

This place will rip you off they told me that they dont take tv's anymore but then tried to only give me $50 for my LG 65 inch 4k smart tv

I've been both a pawn and a retail customer here, and I havent had any problems with customer service. I've always treated them with respect/courtesy and received the same in return. I've personally watched them loan more money than they should have to people in a bind, so I dont buy all the negativity. Try being respectful, keep your end of the deal, and be reasonable. I dont believe for a minute that anyone respectfully tried to do business here and was treated crudely. Look in the mirror and reevaluate how you're acting...I bet you'll be looking at the problem.

Best pawn shop around. Really wants to help people (the reason they were ever invented in the first place)

Great place! After reading the reviews I visited & bought a few things. I feel the reviews are way off. I fist walked in and was able to look around without being bothered but any question they answered right away. I was impressed by their tools, guitars, and guns... I'll be going back for sure... I expect low prices at a pawn shop therefore their not going to buy things at a price that can't be resold at a pawn shop.... if you're going to write a review at least be fair about it....

Horrible. The man I spoke with was very short with me a s well as rude. I will never use this place again! I'd rather make the drive to Jacksonville pawn shop than go here and it's LITERALLY only a quarter mile from our house. I understand that the customers have to come to you in this line of work but customer service goes a LONG WAY in my book. Whether you like it or not the only reason you are still in business is BECAUSE of your customers, so a just a little kindness or just a little please and thank you can be the difference between a good and bad experience. I've worked in customer service for approximately 11years and more people will tell other NOT to come to you over a bad experience than any good one.

We've done business here for yrs. With the previous owners and the current owners. They've always been good to us. They are fair and reasonable, willing to work with you. But, they don't play games, this is a business and they treat it like one. That's why they're still around!

Lost 1 star for customer service. Not the friendliest people in the world, but it's a pawn shop. Stop bashing them. I've pawned with them several times and I've never been janked around or had any of my things lost/broken. As long as you handle your business they handle theirs, and that's pretty much all you can ask for. If you want someone to spoon you and stroke your hair, get a girlfriend. Seriously.

I have used them multiple times. They are quite friendly and have me in and out .They will also work with you and give you a grace period on a loan .
