Jennifer's communication after going under contract (where my previous 2 experiences left much to be desired) was top notch - she responded to questions quickly and concisely and reached out with milestone updates. She even reached out just to confirm things were on track when we hadn't talked in a while. During the house hunt phase Jennifer was helpful with exploring my different options, including single family vs. multifamily and modelling the scenarios. I had another lender tell me “lets just get you under contract, then we can talk through the specifics,” but Jennifer put together some preliminary estimates and ranges to help me narrow my search to a price range I was comfortable with. Jennifer was recommended by my fabulous Realtor (Phyllis Brunner) after a a gut-wrenching failure to close on another home with a different lender who was not able to get appraisal completed before closing date. Jennifer and her team were able to get appraisal and all loose ends tied on the buying side and we were ready to close EARLY! In the chaotic post-pandemic real estate market being ready to close early is a significant achievement. The experience with Jennifer at Sente was exponentially better than the lender I was initially working with, and even better than the lender I bought with several years ago in a much more buyer-friendly market. I was so glad to have Jennifer & #teamRodriguez to facilitate my refinance on my mortgage! The transition was seamless & I did not have to jump through any hoops at all, they did all the work & kept me updated weekly. I had tried 2 previous lenders to no avail even got down to the wire and because of a scheduling snafu with the title company I lost months of work in progress. Jen was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I have to be honest. At first I was a little hesitant, because we have been neighbors for the last six years. I consider her a friend and our sons are friends. Anyone who has ever done business with family or friends knows there’s potential for things to go a little funny from time to time.
