Senor Check Cashing #07 Antoine Dr, Houston

Bunch of charlatans here. Called to ask what the fee was on a refund check (decent amount) he REFUSED to tell me(typically they are allowed to charge 1-2% tops ) he kept repeating he had to see the Check, my husband said “yeah so he can gyp us!” Stay far away

This check cashing place has chnaged a lot I guess new management or new manager very rude and tod me my 2000 dollar would cost me 240 to cash the previous management Moshe was lot better and cheaper I rather deposit my check in account and wait 2 days instead of paying 240 for a 2000 check.

I love this they are cashing my check 1% customer service.

Let's see. Where do i start? Ok. I walked in the store to cash my check, but instead of cashing my check like they normally do, the cashier started asking me questions like, "who gave you this check?". I told her that it was issued from the state. She then asked questions like, "why did they give you this check?", and, "did FEMA give you this check?". I thought to myself that these questions were irrelevant, but, still i proceeded. She then took a longer time than usual to cash my check. When she finally cashed it, she charged me $25. When i asked her the reason she charged me so much, she suddenly grew irritant, yelled at me, and told me to talk to another cashier. The cashier she "pointed" me to started talking to me rudely when i approached his window and told me that, if i didn't like the terms, i could give them their money back and cash my check somewhere else. I gave them their money back and advised him not to talk to me as if i was stupid. He then replied, "you ARE stupid!" I then told him that he should come from behind the glass and call me stupid. He then shouted, "Oh! You are threatening me!". He told me that he was not giving me my check back (even though i gave them their money back), he called the police and told them that i was making terroristic threats towards him. I had to remain at this store for an extra hour just to talk to the police and get my check back. The police explained to me that i should read the fine print with stores like this and further confirmed that the cashier did not have to call them for me. I wasn't even posing a threat. Needless to say, these people were very disrespectful and unprofessional. Me nor my wife will never cash any of my checks here again. The only reason i gave a star is because zero is not an option. In light of all of this, i then went to Wal-Mart and cashed the same ($500.00) check for only $3.00. How YOU doin??

Love this place had to do a western union the manager Mosin went a extra mile to help me out. My wife was not able to receive money but he called western union for me and got it resolved.

This senor has one of the best customer service, they treat the customers with respect . Really highly recommend this place.
