As a first time home buyer it can be very overwhelming when it comes to buying a house. Select Mortgage Group Inc. was amazing and there for me every step of the way. Chisa Johnson was absolutely amazing and there for me every step of the way! She made this experience so much better as well as hitting every need i wanted! If you are looking to buy a house I highly recommend you got with Select Mortgage Group Inc.

I love Sunny!!!! She made this experience bearable. Mr. Eddie answered every time I called no matter what day or time. I know I stressed them out a bit :-) Thank you Mr Eddie and Sunny!!

I've had nothing but great experiences working with Select Mortgage for new home purchases, refinancing and sale. Since my first home purchase they have proven to be patient and supportive in walking me through the process and answering any questions I had.

The absolute WORST broker to work for EVER!!!! He purposely does not close loans on time, makes borrowers miss their closing dates, AND charges $2500 processing fees on files that he does not even process. He double charges people for appraisals. Oh, and he never paid me on my last loan. If you see his name, run like hell. If you decide to do business with him, you will be sorry. Consider yourself warned!!!!! He gets 0 stars, but I had to choose 1 star in order to post this review.

I absolutely recommend Select Mortgage Group, Edwin Gilliard is the Best! Going through your first Home buying experience can be intimidating, but Mr Edwin definitely eased the anxiety and walked me through every step! Very professional, always available to answer all your first time buyers questions ,I’m sure I called Mr Edwin 1000 times and he was very patient and answered every question. 🛑Moral of the Story STOP READING AND CALL SELECT MORTGAGE GROUP they will GET YOU CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently sold my house and the buyer used this company. The broker was extremely unprofessional when talking to my agent. His tone was so bad I told her to hang up on him. He never completed anything in the timeframe he would give. By the time closing finally happened which by the way was moved twice the buyer’s agent nor my agent would even talk to him due to his unprofessional tone. The buyer had to literally go sit in the underwriter’s office to get things completed. He would call my agent at 9 pm in an attempt to talk about the loan and what stage it was in. Beware you will not close on time and will have to deal with complete unprofessionalism!

Great mortgage company. I would do business with them again. 😇
