A close friend of mine recommended I work with Seina after his positive experience. I was in the process of selling a property and my existing realtor at the time was very difficult on all fronts; getting a hold of, transparency throughout the process, etc. We had received an offer on the property that was $5k lower than the list price with a laundry list of closing items/requests from the buyer which I thought were ridiculous but my realtor was adamant we should accept it if we wanted to sell the property. I eventually terminated my relationship with her and reached out to Seina which was the best decision I made. Seina was extremely professional throughout the entire process, kept me updated through each step without me having to take time out of my day to follow-up on, had his photographer come out to re-shoot the property for relisting (which did a great job showcasing the property compared to the other photographer). Within one week, we had 3 offers and accepted an offer for $8k above list; a $13k difference from the previous realtor with no marginal amount of work required from me. He also worked with the buyers agent once the inspection report was completed and negotiated the list down to replacing 1 smoke detector (compared to the 15+ list the previous relator was pushing for us to accept). Overall, I had a great experience working with Seina and would highly recommend his services if you’re ever in the market to buy or sell.

Seina helped us buy our condo in the city and was awesome! He was always available to help and was patient with us when we changed our mind several times.
