Staff are great!!! Friendly and Professionals. They extend their effort to help me out on my loans even guided me on how to be take care of my loans too. I feel like I am part of their family because they call me on my first name. I never feel shy on approaching them whenever I have a questions. I openly told to my friends go to SEFCU!

Each and every time I go to this SEFCU location, I’m pleased to be a member. The staff always are alert, efficient, patient and know me by name. When it gets busy, other staff members notice, and help out seamlessly! They all work well together. I love it! Stress free! Gigi and Kim are the best of the best! All the other staff members all go above and beyond for us. Well done SEFCU Human Resources! You chose well! I hope they are recognized for their efforts!

I want to love and support my local credit union, but every experience I've had has been a frustration. None of SEFCU's services seems to work. I work through all their open hours, so I depend entirely on after-hours services, like many people do. The "secure" night deposit feature that they gush over ("We supply you with everything you need - from bags that lock to deposit slips") has no envelopes anywhere in sight and can't be used after hours; their ATM has a cash intake slot but no option to deposit cash, only checks; when I did try to deposit a check it was rejected without explanation forcing me to take time off work to physically bring it to a teller; and the online check deposit feature confirms my deposits, only to tell me a day later that my signed and clearly photographed check was rejected. Every time I interact with SEFCU's services, I walk away inexplicably unable to do most or all of the basic things I need to do. My SEFCU credit card came with no activation sticker, so I assumed it was pre-activated - when I needed to use it, it was declined. I searched for a card activation number online and found nothing - I had to wait until the next day to call and speak to a rep. I was transferred twice, only to find out that the convenient hotline number I needed to call, which only exists on the activation sticker, had just never been put on the card. I'm giving them an extra star for being really great at lending money, though. I have my car loan with SEFCU. Borrowing money from them at interest is extremely easy. They are very good at letting you pay them.

This bank is totally awesome. This is coming from a guy who hates banks. No overdraft fees. wonderful staff, and free t-shirts whenever they win 'best credit union' award, which they've won a couple times!

Always polite , ready with smiles and assistance-- have recommended this bank to many people..

I like most of the staff in there. For the most part they are nice & very helpful. The boss/bank manager that has his own fancy office off to the left when you walk in the front entrance is a different story. I had some important info sent to him by 1 of my jobs that informed him to give me a phone number to call to situate my account. 1st he gives me the wrong phone number to call. Then when I tell him he gave me the wrong number he tells me he didn’t. He is very rude treats me different every time I come in there. If he is at the window he makes me wait every time purposely.

I've been a member of SEFCU since 1983!!! I've gotten car, personal & motorcycle loans through out the years!!! I've gone to many branches of SEFCU & the employees that I have met were all very friendly & good in helping me!!! Thank You SEFCU for being there for me!!!

I have been with this bank for a number of years. They are awesome. Sefcu is my only bank and I plan to keep it that way. Thanks Sefcu for taking care of me.

This is my personal bank and switched to it once i moved here. The staff and service is always great here. Thank you!
