She game me advice on how to better our situation for the loan and once we could start the loan, the process was extremely quick and easy. She did what was in our best interest. Highly recommend!

Taylor was helpful every step of the way! He would always call or text when he had questions and would respond quickly to us when we did as well. He was very helpful in the purchase of our first house. His team also was quick to help and email Back when they needed things and it was a very smooth process.

This was my 3rd home purchase and Brandon was hands down best finance guy I have ever worked with. He was always positive and he had genuine enthusiasm every time we talked through the whole process. We were even difficult clients and backed out of a contract last minute causing Brandon and his team additional work. I worked with both Mindy Ashdown and Kristin Armstrong. They were friendly and did a great job through out the process. When rates were going up, Mindy had called so we could try and lock my rate in as soon as possible.

Ryan was terrible! I wouldn't send my dog here. If you are working on a starter home this isn't the place for you. They seem centered around high $$$ loans only and care about returning calls when it benefits them. If you want to give someone your financials and let them take them and run, go here. I went somewhere else and was approved in TWO hours and didn't have to chase anyone for ANYTHING!
