Austin always returned my phone calls and text messages in a timely way. He was also able to work with our loan lock in a reassuring manner as rates moved upward and the builder needed some extra time due to supply chain challenges.

Great experience from beginning to end. They provided constant communication throughout the entire lending process and made sure we knew what to expect and were prepared for upcoming deadlines. We worked primarily with Mindy, and she was always accessible and responsive whenever we had any questions. Highly recommend.

Austin and his team were great to work with as we navigated the financing process of building our home. They (and I mean everyone -- Austin, Eric, Tamara, Tait, Danielle) patiently took the time to walk through different scenarios and made sure that we not only understood everything, but also that we felt comfortable with the outcomes. They were significantly more involved and helpful than the finance team from our previous home purchase. Fast forward 9 months and Austin's team contacted us about taking advantage of low interest rates by refinancing. Again, they walked us through the refinancing process and provided us numerous scenarios, making sure we found the one that would be best for our situation. There's no doubt that Austin and his team were great to work with for financing a new home and refinancing it later.

The A-Team did a great job getting our mortgage loan application started. We submitted our application and received the pre-approval within a day of submitting all of our documents. But that’s where easy ends. We experienced delays, which happen and I understand that, but getting information was like pulling teeth and we often got the information through other sources. The team was friendly and professional but failed to answer some questions in a timely manner and didn’t follow up like they said they would. The preferred lender benefits were explained poorly and didn’t align with how they actually worked. We were also told we would be getting our earnest money back and that didn’t happen. If I were to go through this process all over again I would stick with our original lender. We worked with the team from mid-April to the beginning of June.

Austin and his team did a WONDERFUL job for us. Our transactions were relatively complex and his team performed with speed and precision. It is refreshing to work with a knowledgeable professional team. Highly recommended. Moving forward they will absolutely be our go-to and we will recommend them to friends and our clients.

Worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a lender. Used them because they are Arive Homes preferred lender and there was an incentive to do so. Couldn’t get them to give me any quotes until about 2 weeks before closing. They then added origination fees that were not on the initial disclosures. In addition, I had to send them the same documents multiple times because apparently they lost them? I would never use them again, not even for an incentive. If they would have given me a quote in enough time I would have gone with another lender but by the time they were ready to show their cards it was too late. Irresponsible, unresponsive and deceptive.
