This branch works nicely Brandy is absolutely the kindest, most efficient and knowledgeable member of your staff. She worked so hard to help me clear up a hacking issue. I really like her and you should be proud to have her. In this hectic time, it's so nice to walk into the credit union and have Brandy call me by name!

Had THE most amazing experience today! Erin, the branch manager, helped me with an auto loan and consolation my debt! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. She answered all my questions and help me find the best deal for me, with no pressure. Thank you for a great experience and saving me some money!

Figuring out banking as a young adult can seem very intimidating. My husband and I were so thankful to have been paired up with Brandy, at the Fort Collins location, while applying for loans. She was so sweet and helpful, explaining every step of the way. While in the end we didn’t make it to the approval, brandy made sure to help us know why and how we can continue working to help improve our chances later when trying for a home loan in the future! We have banked with this branch since we moved here. They are easy to work with and know us personally. We love Brandy and Marcus! We are always greeted by name and with a smile! The tellers always know what sports & interests are kids are in & ask! They have small fees and are very willing to work with you if you have any issues. We have multiple accounts with multiple family members and they keep all of it straight!

Been banking with SSFCU's Fort Collins location for 10+ years and I'm very happy with them and their services. It's been easy to get a loan when needed. All of the tellers have always been friendly and helpful. I'm usually in on Saturdays and usually end up with Brandy as my teller. She's always been very helpful and it's always a pleasure chatting with her for a few minutes. I definitely recommend SSFCU's Fort Collins branch.

SSFCU is very helpful, quick (even without a drive thru window) and the ALL the staff make me feel like their friend. I have been a member since 2012; after moving from Wisconsin, they got me set up with a new bank account & my first auto loan. After 10 years I don't plan on leaving and highly recommend banking here. :)

Hello, My name is Ashford Bird. My family and I have been been banking at the this location when it was other credits unions and now with SSFCU. This has spanned over 30 plus years. Just recently I went into the Fort Collins Branch to apply for a loan on a cool summer car for me and my 11yr old son to enjoy. I sat down With Brandy Scruggs, I told her the situation with the seller and it was not an easy one. She said, no problem and had a solution mapped out within 5 minutes. She orchestrated this extremely difficult loan with ease. She kept me updated on every thing on the loan, she handled everything with the seller and set up a meeting at the Brighton Branch to sign paperwork at a central location for both of our convenience. I felt like I was her only client and got top notch service. You have a great team at the Fort Collins Branch!

I absolutely love this bank! Brandy is one of my favorite tellers they always remember who I am when I walk in the door, they have great options for the different accounts and always explain everything through. Anytime I have a problem they're always so helpful to fix it and work through the problems with me.

Brandy at this branch is an excellent person . She goes out of her way to help you understand what's going on. I've been at this bank for about 30 years and wouldn't think of changing. My husband and I have been customers at SSFCU for years. We have had several accounts and loans thru them. I can’t imagine banking anywhere else. I love how every employee knows every customers’ name and even personal tidbits about them. There is always a genuine welcome feeling, even at busy times. I have worked closely with Brandy and feel she is the heart of the Fort Collins location. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind!! She anticipates my needs and always has a smile! I have also gotten to know and work with Ala over the last several months. Ala is fantastic! Her personality was made for customer service and she makes me laugh every time I’m there. After overhearing the interaction between me and Ala, the gentleman behind me who was looking for a new bank, decided this was the right place for him and joined that day! Finally , I have recently had the pleasure of working with manager Elizabeth. She was super kind, answered all my questions and is helping me/my mom with a loan process. I can’t thank her enough. I had a very positive meeting in opening a new CD with Ala j. today. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained the process completely. I’ve initiated other CD’s in the past at other banks and was never treated as friendly and informed of the product as I was with Ala. She is truly an asset to Security Service. Bill

I feel extremely confident and comfortable with my bank, most of my family goes through ssfcu for banking. Every time I go in I know they’re going to help me get everything situated. They make sure that I understand what I’m signing or going into before finalizing anything and I haven’t had a bad experience in the 3 years I’ve had an account.

I have been a customer of SSFCU for two years. I have never been treated better anywhere in my 50 years of banking. Brandi is absolutely the best! She calls me by name and is very pleasant and upbeat anytime I am in the branch on Swallow Rd in Fort Collins. I am now a customer for life.

I would give more Stars, but 5 is the limit! Cant say enough about how much this entire brach goes above and beyond for me. Especially Brandy, who just helped my Daughter get her fiest car!
