I want to thank Ms Priscilla Osuna for going above and beyond to help me with my accounts. She was attentive and made sure all old notes were updated on my accounts. I had already spoken to several different individuals on the phone in different areas of the credit union and everyone gave me the same response which was not approved because of this and this, I spoke with customer service , Loan department and all with the same response. I went to the branch and she gave me exceptional service and understood exactly what I was talking about. She verified all the information and made phone calls to verify everything was correct on my account. She was able to resolve old notes and made sure everything was correct. She is an exceptional employee and you should hire mire people like her. Thank you Ms. Ozuna!! I am great full for you!

Nora L. Curiel was super nice and said hello as soon as I walked through the front door sorta made me feel like I was in a Chick-fil-A she also got me set up with my bank account really quick honestly this was one of the best experiences I ever had.

I told them my mother had dementia and I needed her to have limited access. They told me it didn't matter.. so sorry Juan was the most helpful rep with the best attitude.. I recommend a raise for him!!
