We loved her professionalism, she was easy to communicate with, and always got back to us promptly( whether it was an email or phone call) As first time home buyer we started this processes hesitantly, with doubts of “well can we do this?” And Naomi went above and beyond with our process, she guided us through the process and made it so easy for us.
