At most financial institutions these days you are just one of hundreds of calls currently on hold,, just the next account number that needs to be serviced.. Security Service offers friendly personalized service we are so desperately lacking in our trying times. At every branch I have done business with the tellers get to know you and call you by your name. Our visit today was a matter that would have taken other banks at least seven business days to resolve. The staff at Security Service on IH 10 & De Zavala resolved our issue on the spot and we were out the door and on with our day in less than ten minutes. Efficient...perfect every time.

In the course of 15 minutes, I watched Melissa Campos take in 3 clients, one with website/online issues, another with a lot of questions, and myself needing to speak with a loan officer. While all this was going on, she multi-tasked with a smile, and even got me started on the loan process before meeting with the loan agent. Every request from each of the clients at her desk was met with a "my pleasure" and a contagious smile. Afterwards, I watched her teach a new employee how to handle transfers. Don't think I've ever seen a better example of customer service, and team playing than her.

I would like to THANK both Ben Swimley and Alan Barragan for their time and patience while dealing with a problem I had last Saturday. I walked in with a problem with my loan and out with more knowledge about how to fix the problem. They work at one of the smaller branches and are very busy, but they spent almost an hour to help with my problem. Thank you so much Ben and Alan. If I could I would give them TEN STARS each.

They helped me secure network and open a saving account after my wrick. I was left speechless at what would my kid's get ..so the bank has help assure that the kid's will have it covered...love a happy community for this coustomers family members.. Kootoos to the staff in froud !!!

The worst!!!! I've never have problems at any other ssfcu but this place is always so slow and don't know how to communicate with people. We waited for over a hour to talk about an issue that needed to be fixed and they kept putting people in front of us. No lie they probably helped about 10 people beforethey worked with us. They could tell I was annoyed but I kept my composer cause I didn't want to act like a Karen lol

I have been banking with security service for the last 10 years and have been a regular of this branch for the last year and I always have the best service with Alex Hernadez! He always goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and is always so kind! He is extremely efficient and makes friendly conversation. This branch is definitely the best! :)

Saw Marcus at the Wurzbach location and his customer service was top notch. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Akemi-Hana was very helpful on explaining to me the various ways and the variety of investment the bank offers besides savings. She is always very attentive, and helpful everytime I come to the branch that she works on IH 10 on wurzbach.

Saturday morning I came to the Drivethru and it was a busy and I started to get a little inpatient because the line was long and all I wanted was just make a simple deposit. When my turn came up I was greeted by a nice man named Alex Hernandez, I really enjoyed his energy and always cheerfulness. Alex has helped me a couple of times bit he really made my day by making me laugh and he is always going the extra mile to help me.

I had a great experience today at this location. I was taken care of today by Alex Rodriguez and Cathy. When I pulled into the lane, Alex greeted me very warmly and professionally and said there was one other client in front of me but they would assist me very soon. It didn’t take but 3 minutes (if that) for my turn. He was very attentive, friendly and efficient. I was in and out very quickly. Best service I’ve experienced so far at any of the SSFCU locations!
