Bernice Soto was particularly helpful to us. We assumed a debt that went with a recently acquired property. I appreciated how Ovation treated us kindly and with respect. We inherited the debt and were responsible, but we were not treated like someone who had defaulted. They worked to try and get the amount reduced. Extremely prompt in answering questions and providing any needed documentation. It was easy to work with them.

Ms Elaine Granada was exceptional at helping me to take care of my payments towards ovation. Because of my stroke I was confused and left scared yet Ms Elaine went over my numbers slowly and helped me to get back on track. Not only a kind voice but really someone who took the time to help. She was professional, polite and patient. Because of her actions in helping me there are no words to describe my gratitude towards Ovation. Raul Flores a man "I don't even know" care so sincerely what was happening on the other end of the phone he proposed a better payment plan that I didn't even think it exist, it took so much stress off of me made it much easier for me financially. He made a point and explain to me why should you struggle!! when we can make a better arrangement that can make me comfortable that was his kind words. And I do want to add what made me even more stress-free was his great attitude kind words and gentle sincere voice.

I have had service with Ovation Services for around 5 years now. I have never had any issues with them and I have always had a positive vibe with them. One of the key aspects I can talk about is their customer service. My account was handled by Zulema Magness all these years and I loved the way she handled my accounts. She would always make you feel comfortable by talking about how your day went and also about family. There were times when my account had issues and all I did was get with Zulema and she would be work on it right away. I would recommend Ovation Services to anyone and if you do, get with Zulema. She would be of great customer service to you.

Fraudulent tax service. They refuse to release liens once they are paid off, and will continue to add bogus fees. DO NOT do business with this company. Thug-like services. Just work with your tax office , they will provide all kinds of extensions. Christina

I have been in a financial situation and was not able to keep up my payment as agreed upon. I was loosing my mind and very emotional and Sally helped me out in a wonderful way she really did everything she could to ease my mind and worked on a plan that would help me and I am so appreciative of the time and patience she gave me.
