I love this bank, this location. Lines are decent. They are timely, friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. I have been assisted by both Melissa Sanchez and Yvonne Ramirez on different occasions. They helped me with my banking needs and both women got me everything I needed in a timely manner. Great personal skills and customer service was above and beyond.

Today I had the pleasure of being served by Ms Valerie Kela. Whatever you're paying her isn't enough. She went above and beyond. I was totally happy to open both a checking and savings account. She took her time to make me feel welcomed to your banking establishment. Service with a smile is always a plus and I was totally happy with her service. .Ms Verie ROCKS!!!!!

Ms Valerie Kela was so polite and cared for all our needs. She took her time and made sure she answered all of our questions . I would highly recommend others to come and open an account here with her ! I will definitely ask for her every time i need to come in. Always had a smile and very very sweet!!! Purchased an RV from seller out of state and had to have seller sign some paperwork. Alexis Ruiz did an excellent job getting the paperwork done. Took a couple days but she got it done. I give her an A+. Thank you Alexis.

Recently visited this location to open an additional account and had the pleasure of working with Mike, whom was just the most delightful young man. He made the whole experience enjoyable. He even made a point to introduce the bank manager to me too. Samantha, she was just as sweet as him. They both really made me feel welcome, almost like family!
