Love my bank. Have some incredible people working there. Always ready to help. Always been there for me. Gave me a chance to get ahead when I needed one and they have always believed in me. Proud to be a part of that bank. Amber and Sally have been top notch when it has come to helping me. I am really grateful for them.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I am new to this area when I was having an issue that needed this institution. When I walked in, I was greeted by the most calm and happy group of people , not overwhelming , just right. The manager, Hallie, was amazing and went above and beyond anything I needed. She introduced me to Nabor, who then explained to me the account I had been searching for for a long time. I opened an account and have never been more happy to have stumbled across this institution. I feel very safe and less anxious knowing my money is here and I can leave it here and breathe at the same time.

My thoughts on this branch have varied. I've gone in and had a teller deposit a check into the wrong account and then blame me, even though on the deposit slip I gave her the correct account number. After that, I avoided going to this branch. However, this past Saturday, I was on a time crunch and couldn't drive out of town, and I'm thankful I went in. Nichole Barron helped me and she was AMAZING. We ended up refinancing my car, a personal loan and I'm getting set up to refinance my mortgage. She was extremely attentive to detail and was very kind the entire time. She got everything done in a timely manner. Thank you Nichole!

I've been using security service for about 6 months now and I can honestly say it's the best bank I have ever used. Everyone here is friendly and they try very hard to help you with anything and everything you need. Thank you to everyone at the greeley branch for all of your help and dedication.

I moved to Colorado almost a year ago. Today I needed to open an account. Sally and Kim were awesome! Quick and super friendly service. I’m already very happy to be banking with them.

The people here always seem to be in a good mood and are super helpful I came having problems with my account and the man working the counter Nabor Sanchez was understanding and help and fixed the issue definitely the best bank I've ever had

I have been using SSFCU in Greeley, CO since 2013 when they financed my first car. I ended up switching my checking account over to them as well shortly after. My husband and I just love this bank! We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Their communication is wonderful and their customer service is even better. They have helped us navigate through many situations. I can't imagine myself banking anywhere else. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good bank :)

Have been banking with this branch since I was 8 years old (formerly Norbel) Staff is always friendly and quick to assist with any questions. Clean and welcoming location. Recently I did an auto loan that was an unbeatable rate! Quick approval and purchased my car!

I have been a member for about 10 years!! This Greeley branch has ALWAYS been top notch!! The customer service goes over and beyond!! I didn't have a pin to my credit card, on a Saturday morning, standing in their parking lot at 8:30 am. Needed cash to go out of state!! An employee arrives, I tell her what is happening. She took my card, told me to go to the drive up. They gave a debt card for my checking , I had never had one. Went back to the ATM, got my cash and on my way!!! I cannot thank them enough!!! You guys ROCK!!!!!

Members since 2012 which is when we moved to Colorado. Always a great experience. We are on a first name basis. I also run a small business and do all my banking with SSFCU. A big hug to all the ladies. Thank you for all the love and support!

SSFCU is like the "Cheers" of the credit union world in Greeley. It's the place I love to go where "everyone knows your name". I am always greeted with kindness. Everyone there, from Kyung, Sally, Hannah to Amber, always make my day go better and get me in and out quickly. I always get service with a smile. Definitely recommend and preferred over local banks like US bank. Credit Unions, like SSCFCU, are hidden gems of our community.

I love this place. Even though, they refused to increase my credit limit and I’m certain it’s because of my ethnicity, the service was always great. Sadly, I had to separate from this credit union because I’ve seen the inconsistencies when it comes to Caucasian and Melanated individuals.

They were very friendly and helpful. They answer all you questions and explain everything in detail. I recommend this bank to anyone
