Tammy and Morgan were awesome 👌 They listened to me and explained everything well if I had any questions . They were patient with me and didn't rush me on a decision. I never felt pressured to buy or like I was just being sold to. They allowed me to test drive as many vehicles as I qualified for and explained everything about how the down payment worked and how the down payment was determined. It took me over a week to find a vehicle that I liked and today I found a vehicle I really loved and signed the papers. Very happy customer and will be a returning customer in the future. 😊

This is my second time buying at carhop. Daniel was an excellent and helpful guy. He made the process fast and efficient. He also got me to the numbers I was hoping for. We then had an issue with the car that was not covered by warranty. They had it fixed free of charge. Thats how it should be done.

Carhop in Greeley is awesome!! Daniel and them went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that I actually wanted. They were in a terrible situation where ALL of the keys to there cars were stolen the night before we came in. Got a car to within my budget that necessarily wasn’t and even knocked down my down payment!!! I will definitely recommend this Carhop to others!

The staff was very friendly. I begged them on the phone to not waste my time. They wasted my time. Sent over all documents but still had to do their application again and resubmit all documents. Only to be denied. They could have denied me with a phone call instead of getting a ride all the way from Brighton (work) and sitting there for 2 hours.

Amazing experience! Was in and out in a very fast manner, Morgan was our Salesperson and was shocked when I heard she just started a week a ago. She was very helpful and knowledgeable! Jonah was who processed our deal and was totally amazing as well. He helped get us a better deal than we thought were offered. I am leaving in a great car and very happy. I was overwhelmed with the customer service I received from the staff at CarHop. Jonah, Morgan and Staci were amazing and told me what I qualified for and what they had. When I came back the very next day, Staci had found my vehicle in Fort Collins so I got to drive one if their vehicles there and drive mine back to Greeley. What a great test drive and opportunity to see what I was getting into. Jonah put gas in for me , hooked up my plate , hooked me up with a windshield since mine was cracked and even called Honda to get me the code. He went above and beyond his customer service and I appreciate everything he did for me. Thank you staff at CarHop!! I had an excellent experience..

Horrible warranty. Horrible vehicles. They basically unplug every vehicle before someone buys it to clear any codes. They didn’t work with a leaking transmission. The transmission seal is leaving but that’s not covered under their “power train” warranty. Great employees that help sell the cars but horrible corporate and branch managers. I HEAR DRIVEWISE IS WAY BETTER!

At first we were really impressed with the experience. Jonah was amazing, very personable, fun guy to be around. The car seemed to be in great condition at first then we take it to a mechanic to get it looked at and it needed an oil change and a transmission flush and there was also something wrong with the cooling system. When we bought the car it looked like it was quickly vacuumed out and that was it, still pretty dirty. I also feel like we were way overcharged for the car. Our last car was the exact same make and model and was only worth about half what they charged us. If it wasn't for the awesome experience with Jonah I would give a one star.

Our experience with CarHop in Greeley was very good. Staci was on top with contact emails and both Staci and Morgan were very helpful and made the paperwork process easy. It was important to us to get another car, but had to be with a low down payment. We were able to do that at CarHop and Staci pointed us in the direction of a car that was easy for me to get in and out of. Thank you for the great experience!

I was initially very satisfied with my experience at carhop. Morgan was very professional and helpful and got me into a decent vehicle. However, it had some things wrong with it that are safety related, that she assured me would get fixed. They were helpful in getting the cracked windshield replaced, and the motor replaced for a window that did not go up or down... But they also agreed to have the washer fluid pump replaced, because I am unable to clean my windshield while I'm driving. That is definitely a safety concern. (Ever been behind somebody on the highway when there's rain or snow on the road? A working washer fluid pump is very important!) I have been calling CarHop for over a month on a weekly basis to try and find out what is taking so long to get this approval done. Every time I call, someone tells me to call back in another week. Well, I finally just spoke to the branch manager and she was very rude and made it clear that she has no intention of approving this fix. She actually told me that if I want to, I can get another estimate sent to her to review, because she's "really good" at making sure she reviews all of them... But that she would deny it anyways. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She lacked any empathy whatsoever, and did not seem to care that one of her employees has been telling me for months, that they would fix this. I find honesty, kindness and integrity to be very important qualities, and CarHop is seriously lacking these. (At least... The branch manager is). I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them, and I will make sure to tell anybody I can about this experience.

Morgan was so friendly and worked hard to make sure we were able to get a vehicle the same day! We have a decent reliable car and I want to thank them for going above and beyond for us!

They are awesome but this is only an advice to future buyers pay as soon as possible to avoid the interest they give you in your contract because they offer a day by day interest of 1% per day if your due date is the 1st of July pay it on June 1st and you only pay 1% interest.

Honestly a well established place may seem like any other buy here pay here places but I just got done getting my second vehicle through them today. Morgan was able to establish what I need and what I can get very quickly. Unfortunately the first vehicle breaking down right after the warranty ended I still wanted to continue service with carhop.

UPDATE:2.6.2022 We went back to trade in the car for a better one. Morgan was amazing and very patient with us. We live far from this location but this is the only one we choose to go because of how amazing everyone is there. Very happy with the experience we had! We’re first time car buyers, but Josh and the woman who was there with him today were super friendly and made sure we knew everything we needed to know before purchasing a car. Thank you guys!

I'm glad this company gave me the opportunity to try and get my credit in order. I was surprised when I was approved for a car my very first car. So proud that I had worked through the whole virus and we were almost out. Then my transmission decided to go out on my. I go in and talk to them letting them know that I was having problems and thing were bad right now. I'm was not ask to be felt sorry for just life hit us hard this month. They offered to fix my transmission. I thought what a blessing I can get back to work in no time. My car is at the repair shop and I'm trying to keep in contact with everyone so I know a date I can get back to work. 3 days late I call the shop and he like I'm wait on carhop. So I call carhop and ask questions. They said after promising to fix my car and it sitting at the shop for 3 days and I'm out of work that they are not going to fix it. I'm so hurt and frustrated my first car and I'm out. My credit is going to fall. I thought I had found some good people in this dealership. Heart broken 💔

I went to look for a car at CarHop on Saturday on Saturday Greeley Colorado and Daniel was nice but that manager she was very insulting I didn't appreciate what she said she said that with my credit I can only get a old dirty Impala car that was in fort Collins she said in her own words if cleaning us doesn't matter to you we have a dirty Impala in fort Collins I don't appreciate that I don't appreciate the way she said those things to me and to me I think she shouldn't even be a manager my name is Patricia Quinones and I will never go there again
