Walked in at 5:05pm to open my first business account. They told me sorry it normally takes 45mins. Didnt offer to make aure i had all the documents needed. Just a rude "You can comeback". That lost my trust in Canvas bank. I'll be banking at a place that will talk with me with 55mins left In a work day. You lost a big account think beforehand who pays your rent. It's customers and money. This answered my questions first hand.

I have had good service so far. Have only been a member since shortly before they went to Canvas. The Lobby staff was very friendly and super helpful. I appreciate their time and work with myself and my son as we both made some changes to accounts.

The Quality of Customer Service was really my deciding factor in completing this survey since I know it helps CCU out. The Honesty and Integrity I received was very satisfying. I did not have any problems. The loan process was streamlined and the people at CCU were very helpful in making it all come together. The reviews I saw online were not reflective at all in comparison with the customer service in which I received. Good job.

Greeley location: A very nice bank with very kind staff members and tellers. I am always treated so so well whenever I stop in to the physical location, and what’s wonderful is the amount of fees this credit union DOESN’T have. I have so much freedom with my accounts and they have so many options with some great interest rates. Sometimes there’s a line to wait, but you’ll never avoid that with any bank.

I have been a member for nearly ten years. I needed to get a bill of sale notarized for an ATV I bought. After waiting for notary I was refused because the seller is not a member. PSCU employee recommended we go to the UPS store. Went down the street to a different bank who was faster and didn’t charge anything.

33 year member of this bank here. I will be closing my account and no longer doing business with them. I used to love them before they became Canvas Credit Union. Please look up the Better Business Bureau reviews before you decide to join, they are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful with terrible customer service. The manager didn’t do her job regarding an issue with my account that is now effecting my credit (A paid off car loan that was mistakenly sent to collections, which the manager admitted was their fault due to a previous rep not doing their job correctly, which has now also happened to other members) and after receiving no contact for three weeks, called today and the manager was “unavailable” twice. She then had an agent call me back (the manager was “in a meeting”) to give me information they had already given me previously and wanted the agent to personally let me know that she hadn’t done her job which she was supposed to do over three weeks ago. I was supposed to receive a call from her to let me know the issue was resolved three weeks ago but received no contact whatsoever. Just absolutely astonished. Run.

We’ve have had nothing but positive experiences at this branch. Everyone we come in contact with is friendly and willing to help. Tamra especially is amazing!! I threw a lot at her and she helped me with everything l needed, acted like nothing was a bother, and went above and beyond to get everything taken care of. I appreciate this branch!! I switched from Wells Fargo and was a little nervous but a few years later, I’m still glad I did it. Haven’t once looked back!!

For their bussiness rates..offers..loans and money servives..i give them a 5 and above.. For their CUSTOMER IN LOBBY PHONE SERVICE..1 1/2- i am being generous. . I have been a member for over 25 years before it even became Canvas. In regards to their business conduction service..it seems they lack Professional social interpersonal and work ethic skills. Getting a loan was a nightmare...not due to credit issues but taking and turning in copies of documents over and over as they were constantly misplaced. Karla assisted as best she could ...honestly..she requires more training..it could save members and customers headaches and extra trips. In regards to a previous loan. Our truck was paid in full. After it was damaged by a hail storm a year later..I inquired about receiving a letter from my insurance in regards to an outstanding lean and not being able to sell it. For some unknown reason to them..it had a lean on it. They were unable to explain the reason. When i kept asking questions in regards to explaining HOW it was possible for a loan to be paid in full for a year and locked with a lean for non payment the manager and teller had no answer and offered no apology or acceptance of any error on their part besides being rude and defensive. These are just a few examples..unfortunately i have more. Before i had NEVER EVER had any issues with prior staff members like Bernie..Angela..and another young very professional dark hair lady. About 2 to 3 years ago they began with new management and new lobby staff..ever since then just knowing that i need to step in or do any transaction in person results in anxiety as it sure will result in a negative experience. I am sorry to say it. Canvas not only changed it's name..it changed t along with customer experience. I have been present inIn the lobby when customers have left any angry and frustrated. Tbis ashames me..as i used to recommend this branch to friends and family for their excellence overall business and customer care.

I wish they knew how extremely frustrating their telephone system is. every time I look up the local Greeley branch and attempt to call them, I am redirected to the corporate call center and usually spend 20 minutes on hold for them to transfer me to the branch I was trying to get in contact with in the first place. I have been a member since march of 2016 and to be honest, if it weren't for the interest rates on my loans, I would not be a member due to the lack of customer service. good rates, poor service.
