My husband and I chose SSFCU to refinance our vehicle and we are so glad we did. Heather was the rep who assisted us at the branch. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Heather did an excellent job answering all of our questions and provided excellent customer service to us during our visit. She made us very comfortable in our decision to move our loan. Heather is so helpful and friendly! Go see her for your banking needs!!!

We worked with this very nice lady named Stephanie she was super sweet and helpful through out the whole process with creating accounts. We felt very welcomed and safe and she helped us by walking us through all the steps. I’ve been a member of this place for a year now and I am enjoying every experience so far.

Extremely pleased with my service from Stephanie Trout. She helped me obtain a new credit card after it was stolen. Stephanie was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole experience. Definitely would recommend going and seeing her.

I really enjoyed coming to this branch the ladies here make you feel welcomed I enjoy all the conversations with all that work there I actually live on the north side of town and drive out of my way to go to this location because of the friendlyness of everyone there I know when I step in the door someone will acknowledge that they see me and that someone will be with me shortly that is that hometown feeling you want in your establishment I really think those ladies and gentlemen need a raise because of their professionalism and their kindness you really rarely see both in today’s world but they have both and more I love this branch and truly appreciate all that come to work and brave the front line these ladies are in customer service and I know they see a lot of crazy people and situations but they handle them professionally and quickly if they don’t show up to work the police officers and firefighters and doctors and lawyers and the world wouldn’t get paid for their hard work so everyone should appreciate all the banking staff that keep commerce on track I had to post an update I went to this branch without ID and the branch manager did some security questions and helped me immediately without hesitation that’s what you call great service with a smile I truly appreciate all the wonderful women that make up this branch and they are truly beautiful inside and out I don’t like to use this word loosely but I think I love this branch more and more everyday

Stephanie Trout was exceptional in answering all my questions. She was very professional, compassionate and understanding of my issues. Stephanie took her time and listened well as I tried to express my fears of security with my bank account. I tell all my family and friends that Security Services is the best credit union in Pueblo. I have been a member of Security Services since 1989 and will be till I die.

Stephanie was the agent that picked up the phone and helped me set up my first bank account. She did an excellent job answering all of my questions and ensuring that I understood the product I was interested in. I am now a future Security Service client due to the astounding communication from the employee. Didn’t catch a last name though.

Mariah was extreamly nice and professional in helping me reopening my account. She reminded me of all the services provided through their power protected checking. I would highly recommend security services for their friendly smiles and welcoming atmosphere.

Came into this location to finish setting up my account and the ladies working greeted me with the most professional attitude ever not only me but ever customer that walked in the building, Answered all my questions before even asking, Hands down the best, look forward to doing more business in the future at this location, and Bank. I know Angela was one of the ladies and another one I'm sorry couldn't remember but they where all amazing.
