Mediocre. There's those who stand by this place, and I'm sure and don't doubt it was excellent for them. But with how I felt about the variety of different aspects, where I believe can be improved tremendously. So items they actually have I'm there is very limited, and not much at all I'm the whole store. I'm sure 50 percent of anyone going in looking for something specific would not be there. Not to much of a big deal. Them customer service ain't the worst, and honestly I had some good experience with them most times. Some structuring criticism I hope helps and take account for it's not being the best results from items you may bring in and how they might treat them and offer them. most times simply not true of what they say about things you bring in, not close at all in there judgment. Not to much that takes away not wanting to go there. And with some little issues, overall better than most other shops.

Really dig this place. Fair prices and friendly staff. Pretty sweet place to pawn stuff, if you gotta pawn stuff.

This is by far the best ran pawn shop in Pueblo! The manager is amazing and is up to date on the pricing and is always fair. She does a fantastic job at running this business and it shows with the quality products on shelves and the amazing prices that can’t be beat! Needing money? This is your spot! Definitely recommend for all your park store needs! Staff is A++++

This is the only pawn shop you need to visit. They have dam near everything you need and at great prices, not to mention the A1 customer service. The employees take care of you and are extremely helpful and nice. If you needa hit a pawn shop then this is the place too be!!!

I chose this pawn shop because of its good reviews and I am glad that I did! Ray, the store manager, is knowledgeable about gold and other jewelry items. She is also thorough and thoughtful, such as when she asked if I minded that she referred to a few pieces as scrap gold, because she did not want to be offensive. I felt confident in her skill and comfortable with the prices she offered. This is the go-to pawn shop in Pueblo!
