I moved to a home in San Antonio on December 15, 2021. The following day I had to find a way to pay cash to my moving company, and manage to get a cashiers check to pay for my November mortgage payment. My bank in New Mexico informed me that security Service had shared banking that I could use to help me out in a financial jam. First, I worked with Jennifer Ward to set up the shared banking and get a significant amount of cash for the moving company. Jennifer wasSo professional, extremely skilled and knowledgeable about shared banking that I was shocked. She did everything I needed quickly and completely accurately. She provided the kind of service that one does not expect nowadays. She was polite and funny and right on top of every detail Later in the afternoon I saw Selena who performed similar miracles for me to get a cashiers check. I will bank with security services during all my years in San Antonio. It’s a great, friendly place to bank with a very competent and kind staff.

This past Saturday I went to refinance my car to SSFCU, I have been a member for the last four years, I was taken of by Jennifer Ward and I gotta say she was very helpful, she answered all my questions about the refinancing process and even other financial questions that I personally had, I liked the way she explained everything to me and I appreciate the time she took to explain. 5 stars out of five. Thanks to Jennifer.

Extremely disappointed but not surprised. Most SSFCU banks are always slow this one is actually been empty when Ive visited. This establishes is extremely clean and staff is friendly however on our visit Saturday for a loan payoff the systems were down and asked to come back Monday. We arrive Monday and two of the computers were down and we had to move to a third office to handle our account. If it want for their great loan rates I would bank elsewhere. Can’t wait to finish this note! I would not bank here. What’s the deal? Two stars because I have a great interest rate.

I go to the SSFCU Evans Branch for all my loans and banking needs and I am always satisfied with the friendly and attentive service I get from the personnel working there.

We've always had great customer service at Security Service near 281 and Evans. Last week was no exception. Jennifer provided exceptional customer service helping me set up a new business account. I had a last minute need to fix accounts as a result of a vehicle break in. Jennifer Ward was very quick and on top of freezing my existing accounts and establishing new ones. She was very thorough and clearly walked through every step. I would highly recommend this branch and specifically, Jennifer, for her prompt and professional results.

I posted my review earlier but now cannot find it. I wanted to write a thank you review for MS Devaney Blancarte at the SSFCU at 281 & Evans today 20 May 2022. I was having a problem trying to send money to family member that has a different bank and was lost of how to do this. Fortunately for me MS Devaney Blancarte heard my question and came to offer help. She took the time to collect the needed information and very professionally offered some good choices for me to follow. She called the other bank to ensure their requirements for sending money.
