I have looked into other banks but when I was referred to this bank I couldn’t be more happier. Angelica was so helpful and nice, she ran through every detail about opening my account and options that were there for me. One of the most Professional person by far. So excited to continue my opportunities with Security Services! Thank you to Angelica!

I was in need of someone to help me out with some charges on my account today. Teresa helped me out by clearing the charges. She provided excellent customer service, and offered to help me save some money on my car insurance. Would highly recommend this location, and Security Service for trusted banking!

My initial experience was not the greatest. I tried to get this accomplished over the phone, what a nightmare. The 1st person I spoke to wasn't sure what she was doing, requested items that were not necessary. She transferred my to Jose, who was great, but I still had to go into the branch. The thing that caused the most problems was that someone didn't do their job a year or two ago, they did not remove my son whom I had done the leg work to get him removed. However, I think that is be rectified at this moment, by Kris at the branch. I love the future builder CD's, they are wonderful.

Generally this location would get 5 STARS but not on this last visit. Known for their rapid NOTARY services I often prefer this location the staff is generally warm and welcoming. Unfortunately on this trip theiere was a guy at the customer service desk and he asked what did I need today? I explained I just needed 1 page notarized, then he asked me to have a seat and I did. After about 30 minutes YES 30 MINUTES WAITING I approached the desk and ask what way taking so long because generally the person at this counter does the NOTARY. He stated that I would need to wait my turn. I explained to him I was not there to speak with someone about my accountS but just get a notary stamp. So I go back to my seat and call RBFCU which is right down the street and they reassured me they could have me in and out in no time. As I'm getting ready to leave a lady approaches me and says she can do the Notary for me. I most gracefully stated but there are other people ahead of me and SHE stated the Notary is an in and out and they were waiting to speak with account reps. The guy at the desk never apologized for making me wait or make eye contact nor did he wish me a good day as I left. This used to be my most favorite place BUT NOW RBFCU will be where I go for my notary services.

Sarah ,Kris,paul and Andrew were very helpful due to the fact that I am not computer savvy... I give the highest praise to Mr. Micheal H no matter what time I came in,even on his way out to lunch he would make a u turn answer my question email for me fax for me whatever I needed done he was my go to guy... Thank you for all your help guy... much love ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

If youre 18 years old and dont really understand how bank accounts work or whats best for you ask for Jennifer Wethington she is the best at explaining information and she is the sweetest to talk to .

I wanted to write a review to thank Julie who helped me and the branch at Windcrest. With the busy holiday and work, I had made a substantial bill payment and mistakenly used the wrong account to pay the the bill. This of course racked up some fees and after discussing with Julie, she was able to work with her manager to drop most of the fees that had accrued due to my error. I appreciated her help and the banks, it showed me they are there to help people and understand when little problems occur.

Went today to this location to set up a checking/savings account, Jennifer helped us every step of the way and she was an absolute delight!! She explained everything very well, and had no problem answering our questions. 10/10 would recommend!!

I was very pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of the staff. We were greeted several times and asked if we had been helped. Mr. Pineda work quickly to handle out banking needs but also made sure to explain important details to us.

Meghan assisted me and I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, and informative. She answered all my questions and made certain that I understood all the services that were available to me. Once all the paperwork had been signed I was formerly welcomed by Meghan and another gentleman I assumed was the bank manager (forgive me but I forgot his name). I had a platinum experience and suggest you give them a try if you need to find a good financial institution. I had SSFCU many years ago when I lived here, but I relocated to Houston. I've come back to SA and decided to pick up where I left off and go back to what I knew from previous experience. Customer service has always been A-1 with SSFCU.

Typically I don't write reviews, but after the level of service I received from Amber she definitely requires one! My experience with SSFCU in the past hasn't been the most pleasant, but with Amber she made me feel valued and was able to get my issue taken care of in record time! I've never had this great of an experience with SSFCU and I'm more than thankful for the level of customer service Amber provided today! She rocks!

Being completely honest I don’t have an account but had a check for them so I came to cash it. The bank teller that helped me was wonderful, didn’t push me to hard to open an account but has convinced me to keep a open mind for next time. She was fast, super kind, and very professional! I believe her name was Martiza. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

the staff here is super friendly always greeting with an upbeat tone. Efrain helped me get my account situated when my belongings got stolen. He went above and beyond for me and I was so grateful and thankful for his help!

I came in this last week and was helped by a gentlemen named Paul. I had a lot of issues that I thought were never going to be fixed but Paul took me in and fixed everything right away for me. He is very knowledgeable and very efficient in what he does. 10 stars to him !

The gentleman helping me was named Michael. He didn't go over my new account at all really and and didn't tell me how much the cost per months was. He wasn't confident and not thorough at all.

Meghan was awesome with helping us get back on financial track. Took time to explain and assist with improving our credit score.

Upon walking in I was instantly greeted!! I signed in and waited no more than 5 minutes to be assisted. Jaqueshia was my agent and even though we were both wearing masks, I could tell she was smiling when she greeted me just by her friendly tone!! I lost my wallet and needed to close one debit card and close one account. Not only did she take care of my needs but went above and beyond by offering me better quotes for my insurance and letting me know the new benefits that are being offered to me!! I will definitely be back to this branch!!

I had a great experience at this location. From the time I walked in I was greeted with such kindness by the receptionist as I signed in to speak with a representative…They do practice social distancing! When it was my turn to be seen I spoke with Efrain Pineda, who gets 10stars in my book…He assisted me with everything that I have been trying to take care of since January 2021 all in one setting…when I say I’m glad I went into the branch that morning…He was very patient with every question he actually went over and beyond to make sure that I understood everything thoroughly and gave me copies of the services performed…Keep up the good work & many blessings!

Thank you for the speedy service for card replacement. During my visit Meghan offered suggestions to financial planning and opened up resources for credit reports. She provided great education in assisting my future plans to buying a house and tips to improving credit. Overall very pleasant and informative experience!!! Today my 19-year-old son went into open a secure credit card and a state loan and with the help of Meghan. It was a great experience for him. She helped him understand All that security service has to offer and then he determined what was best for him. In the end he opened two accounts with security service. I had a money order issue that couldn't be resolved Paul did an AWESOME job in helping me.

I went to the branch last Friday after work to make a withdrawal. I had never been inside a Security Service branch before. The Credit Union was really nice. But what impressed me the most was the service I received from Vanity. I wasn't sure if I had filled out the withdrawal slip correctly. She reassured me it was correct and that made me feel better about not using the ATM! Her demeanor and professionalism was impressive, it was almost 5pm on a Friday and she had a smile on her face that made me feel good about being a customer.

JAQUESHIA WAS THE AWESOME IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE HER 100 🎇stars i would.she was patient and very kind. Go to her she is Great.

Member service representative, Vanity Acevedo is AWESOME. She created a space to help me in order to save time (no office was available)! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me make informed decisions! I was expecting a new card in the mail-I looked up and Vanity was running to my car to deliver the card! What amazing service and professionalism!

I was looking for a credit union like the old days where they knew you and gave the personal touch I found this at security service I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to how I will be treated at this Credit Union Vanity was my cs rep , listened to my concerns on my experience in applying on line and took the time to recheck that all steps were taken and none of my information was at risk. She then went over all the many benefits of membership how all the items worked and even more benefits that are offered (for example, car/home insurance and sister branches if you are traveling) she also had me download the app and went through all the modules . I also feel confident that she will follow up with me on my experience in the future. If you are looking for a credit union I would definitely suggest you stop by I don’t think you will find a more service oriented and feature rich Credit Union than Security Service Federal Credit Union

There are no words to describe the level of service that Amber Blanquiz has given us. It is hard to find a bank that makes you feel like a valued customer, yet Amber goes above and beyond her call of duty with customer service that sets the bar so high I am not sure anyone could reach it. She is so patient and kind with my elderly father. She is quick to respond to emails and requests. She makes us feel like family. It is what I imagine small town banking would be like in the 50's. She is absolutely the best!!!

Efrain and Meghan were very patient and explained the differences in extended warranties, GAP insurances and even that SSFCU works with several insurance agencies. Very pleased with the help and service for getting a new auto loan. Better than sitting in a dealership finance office for hours on end. Overall great experience. Thanks.
